You could put a pulse limiter on the pressure plate for the minecart system. That way no matter how long you stand on the pressure plate, the signal will only get sent once, and for a short burst. Also, for your farm, you could change the lever to a button, and using a much longer pulse limiter you could have the pistons automatically stop letting the water flow. (You'd have to find a good timing for how long the water needs to flow to clear all the crops.

I thought bookshelves needed line of sight. I only saw two rows, but I love the idea - lever activated enchanting tiers! A great idea for quick access to the low and medium level enchantments... too bad lvl 50 is so rare regardless...

I'm really digging the entrance to the minecart system! It looks so clean. Also, the fence gates look pretty cool. You can easily incorporate them into the look of the road. It might not look great in the cave, but in general I think it looks cool

I suggest still water at junctions and locations with EATS roads connecting the junctions together. Then you can choose which road to take to wherever.

Also, fence gates look great.

@914Silver419 er sorta. When you break the pieces you get regular mushrooms. So a big red mushroom drops little red mushrooms. With the silk touch enchantment you can get the mushroom chunk things. Check the wiki for more info :)

etho have you ever thought about getting a texture pack? heres a god one its called 'sphax purebdcraft' it's fully compatible with all pre releases and the stone brick still look very nice. or... you could test out some different texture packs and let us vote for wich one. please thumbs this up if you like this idea. and for a higher chance of him seing.

this makes it too confusing! You dont need that fancy minecart loader or nothing! Just get that pressure plate hooked up to redstone wiring, which leads to the other side's booster tracks, so if you walk back, just stand on the pressure plate for a second and it comes to you!

and this way it's just one straight line, and no confusing loader

Etho, when the minecart sent to the other end of the track it will get stuck in the "docking station". You could get some repeaters between pressure plate where you get off and the docking station on the other side that send a current to the to get the other minecart in position

for water height transitions, you can use fence gates-just make sure you put solid blocks on the outside of them. Then it looks like the locks in an actual river/canal.

I tryed that cart thing out and found a problem ... if you build it 2 times with the docing station the cart you dont drive that just gets pushed out of the way ... that drives to the docing station .. not to the pressure plate ....

I have 2 ways to solve the "Water Sign/Fence gate problem"

1: I know you dont like it, but you can make a Text. pack where the Fence Gates are invisible.

2: Use the new enchantment on pick to mine Ice blocks, then melt them (Causing a bug that creates still water untill the block is updated)

Etho you should have like a subway system under your cave with EATS roads and they could lead to your various still water pools. That way you could stick to what you are good at (EATS Roads) and have them not be so intruisive!
