the SL65 AMG is fast as hell but you gotta remember, its a luxury car, not a race bred car like a Porsche Turbo. A modified 65AMG might be able to beat a RUF Turbo in a straight line but around a track my money would be on the RUF ANY DAY.

That CL was unlimited and putting out over 700bhp. Trap speeds are around 190mph. Not bad on such a short runway.

The track is Bruntingthorpe in the UK. The CL was modified (I think by DMS) to well over 700bhp.

actually it's an inline 6 with modified twin turbochargers producing over 600 horsepower. the RTurbo is a 'real' supercar that will easily run over 210 mph. that 65 doesn't stand a chance at all in reality.

those huge F350 cabs and all those big trucks got a like a 6.8L V10 with around 360 hp, and theyr slower by like 5 secs to 60 than little 4 cylinder honda civics with 1.8L engine, size of the engine doesn't matter. CL65 is mad heavy. but still off the line it would of been faster if the traction control wouldn't be on, that is if he would roll off the spot in first place.

you dont know anything about cars.the reason civics win is because they are lighter and trucks are geared for towing not racing.cl65 a nice touring car but it would never have a chance against a ruf turbo.

its funny how in the beginning when they raced off the line, the CL 65 amg's wheels didnt spin at all, even in that cold... in perfect weather, ur lucky to get the amg even off at all... traction control slows down a car alot... but yea, ruf is very fast.
