Thank you for dismissing the packets that come with flowers! The packets are simply sugar and bleach. Sugar has the same outward affect on the flowers that it does in your body: a big quick rush (bloom) followed by a fast crash (wilt). Quickest way to get your flowers to die.

Also, (to youtubers reading) changing the water daily is step one of long lasting flowers, the second is to re-cut your stems at an angle before putting them in to the new water. :) Cheers!
