  • You remind me a lot of Sean Nalewanyj. Both of you seem very personable, passionate, and assume a scientific approach. You didn't mention creatine, however. Why not?

  • this is really hard im only 17 and i only use the whey protein shake but i train hard as hell almost 5-6 days a week at the gym but lately ive been getting tired and stuff i think a lack of energy any advice for me someone?

  • @lastgenerationofman First, Creatine creapure is monohydrate. Second, no its science bro, (not broscience), do not listen to pros that are sponsered by supplement companies. Now about creapure monohydrate- read an artikel by Will brink Called pwhats in you creatine.

  • does your muscle only repair itself when you sleep using the nutition you provided it throughout the day? Or can your muscle be rebuilding itself while you are awake?

    i like your videos but dont really know why you would take bcaa and gluta on a calorie surplus.. get some creatine monohydrate (German Creapure).. its actully the closest thing youll get to steroids.

    but who am i to tell you what to do.. great transformation vid

  • @sa56075 i heard the creapure is just a samller form of creatine. It can mix up better when you mix it up with water rather than sit on the bottom. does the creapure actually have better benefits than a regular creatine monohydrate? is bcaa and glutimin a waste of money becuause some pros have mix feelings about it

  • @lastgenerationofman BCAA and Glutamine are definitely a waste of money. You don't need them, and they do nothing. And creapure is like you said just a different kind but it's the same creatine monohydrate. You got the same benefits.

  • Is there a Rule of thumb for how much sugar or fast digesting carbs to take PWO with your protein?

  • @jam35dm your protein will actully spike your insulin. now i know it sounds strange, but you really dont need waxy maze, dextrose, vitargo, malto...... your body dont need alot of insulin to stop muscel breakdown, dont forget your glycogen.. get yor calories and proteins and your good. but supplement companys usually say 50 -100 gram.

    btw, even if your glycogen are depleted, if you get your calories you wont lose muscel.

  • @lastgenerationofman if your getting your 1 gram per pound of bodyweight and the calories your body need your fine. plus around 80 % of glutamine you take orally is not absorbed and the 20 % turns into glucose.. now bcaa are mainly taken because of lysine, it activates muscle synthesi. now if you just eat some chicken you will get your lysine..
