I don't think any band has managed to hold my attention for as long as Gorillaz. Seriously, I remember when this song first came out I was like "wow, this kicks ass", then I went off and did the teenage white boy classic rock snob thing for a while. There are zombie refrences all throughout Gorrillaz first album. This video has a quote "Dawn of the Dead" at the start, M1A1 has a lengthy audio clip from "Day of the Dead" at it's begging, and one of the live-show projections has "Zombie Hiphop" written in it. The ones I remember offhand.
