@PatrickSHutchinson This has been one of my favorites by Jim and Jesse for something like fifty years. The beautiful melody struck me first, and then I discovered the words were right there to match it. I was going through the bible tonight and came across the passage, which sent me back to locate the song. Thanks to lonniemack2 for posting, and to one of my favorite Bluegrass Bands.

HE WAS BAPTIZED BY JOHN, IN THE RIVER OF JORDAN.
GOD'S VOICE LIKE THUNDER SAID THIS IS MY SON.
