Yo vivido toda mi vida que ocultaba mis emociones, estoy recien aprendiendo solamente aceptar estas emociones, no escaparme de ellas y vivir en el presente.
Thank you for your tip! I use your other tip on your blog on mindful awareness, on talking to yourself or explaining to yourself why you make every decision. And I feel more focused. Thanks!~~x
Forgot to mention something important last time. Some of my sorrow has not completely disappeared but the raw, oozing aspect diminishes. I love books because sometimes comments almost jump off the page and leap into the heart forever. Also (very helpful) participate in or create new and happier experiences with other people. In that way, can change my life and find balance. Next, count blessings. That same pain also served as lessons for which I am grateful. Thankyou Paulo xo
I will put this to good use. I tend to obsess and then try to ignore or procrastinate on resolving a situation. I used to always be cautious to avoid problems, but a few bad decisions and things out of my control came about that I could not believe were happening occurred. Every week I try hard to take control of all the little situations that have grown out of control...but I will try this that you have suggested. Thank u!

I let god about everything, it comforts me to feel close and know that he/she sees all, already knows my heart and mind, understanding the situation (and me) far more than i ever will. I don't share with friends usually, because when upset, cannot even speak aloud. Sometimes I feel strongly about doing something symbolic to honor, then let go. Since 2003, quotes from The Alchemist pop into mind, bringing comfort. Through this, become able focus again on the present moment. Thankyou Paulo!
Well, as I always simply say, just lighten up! Don't be so serious about some things in life, which really aren't as important as one thinks. Learn to let go....nothing stays the same forever. Focus on the moment and not on the negatives which have a tendency to hold us back from growing. The negatives will melt away and heal on their own.
The only moment that exists is the present moment...we are not our wounds or the situations we encounter...Paulo..I LOVE you books....I've been listening to the audio of the Alchemist (Jeremy has such a delightful voice for storytelling) It, yet again for the second time inspired me no end....My heart knows what me ears long to hear and I hear it in your words. Deepest appreciation.
Just live. Just move on, do the regular stuff. Allow myself to express emotions that I feel. Or ask a friend or a relative to hug me:-). Then it becomes less intence, transforming to a memory.
made u feel that you are special and youre the only one.. the person you thought that she's the one left you.. withoiut telling you why hurts a lot.. I just pray and hope some day.. i dont feel this anymore.. coz i hate this feeling.. its like a hell..
i really dont know how to heal a wound.. Until now I can still feel the pain inside my heart is still freash.. i often see my self crying... what I do is I try to keep my self busy.. I talk to my friends.. i laugh with them..i travel and think that the earth is embracing me.. but i cannot escape what is infront of me.. it still hurts when you remember that the person who promised everything..
first of all - breathe. when there's something stressing falls down on me, i take a deep breath, before i start my "problem solving monologue" :) and the key here is to KNOW that everything will work out. It always does ( doesn't it?), and to polish things up, recall THE DREAM, and everything else is not important.
I renember that everything can be fixed, and everything that happens in life has a purpose... I try to keep me optimistic and be near from the people that I love: friends, family... Because love allways heal any wounds, even the harder ones.
E os teus livros ajudam-me tanto a reflectir, que te tenho que agradecer por seres tão generoso e partilhares as tuas concepcões filosoficas e os teus raciocinios connosco, leitores. Um abraco!! és um grande homem
I read a a book by some author named Paulo Coelho, you have probobly heard of him, but anyways, I try to live in the present while I embrace what I feel, then I concetrate on the things I like to do, often I talk to people I can trust, about what I feel, because it makes things clearer. My emotions are not enemies of mine but allies in the battle of understanding myself and those around me. And when I think of them as assets rather than a drawbacks they slowly start to fade away.
I embrace the feelings! A lot of the time I feel like we run from the feelings of hurt, sadness, and rejection. For me, I allow my self to embrace the bad. If it takes me 9 months or a year, it is okay, because I cannot deny how I feel inside. After a certain period of time, my entire being has moved on and I have analyzed the emotional wound so much that there is nothing else for me to think about.
I don't know but I usually get over things pretty fast ..i know people they deal with hurt differently and i think if your a spiritual person it helps you !!! because whatever goes through your mind is what you need to change ..occupying ourselves with something else helps ...!!!
Well, haven't thought in the way you do Mr. Coelho, but actually when I have a problem, at first I kinda get desperate...yeah I know I'm not solving a thing doing it but for trying to take it easy I start listening music, usually when I need to cry and express what I have inside, music it's the best way where I can spread it out, and when I'm calmed I think of a solution :), plus writing what I think is another way I use for expressing myself, not in a professional way...

When things start to be rough for me all i do is this.
I take a deep breath, hold out my hands and say this:
"Heavenly power.
Grant me the serenity to accept the things I can not changes
Grant me the wisdome to change those that i can.
And the courage to se the difference.
Amen.
Maybe silly but it relly helps me to calm down and see things alittle clearer
