I just find a midi file in the key I want and convert it into a TablEdit (.tef) format - it separates the tracks. Then I can play it back using only the tracks I want -- in this case the chord line and a precussion track. Works but its hard to control -- turn off and on -- need three hands. Band In A Box is super stuff -- I need to get it.
Very nice -- smooth and clean. And that is a pretty quick tempo too I think the the little end refrain between sections (doodle doodle deedle deedle doodle doodle dee) on that tune can be tricky! I love that back up program chords and rhythm that you use.
Thanks for the comment! Yes it is a little tricky on that section of the song. Hey I just got some software called "band in a box". It has a whole bluegrass section of rhythms. It's really easy to use, but the rythm section sounded great in your irish jig that you posted earlier. What are you using?
Excellent playing. Love this song. I'm actually from Arkansas : )
