How can I use this in Virtual DJ... Which folder can I put it in?

I tried with sampler but it didn´t work.

@MrMattiasLindberg Go to the sampler, press the round button on any of the 12 sample channels, click on load, select a file. I am not sure how well the samples would be incorporated with VDJ in a live mix but you can try
