  • Apparently though, exercise itself won't do any good if you already have stomach fat because the muscles build up inside and that can push the fat out even more, resulting in a more bigger stomach. Has anyone actually tried this 2 min workout? Is it effective at all?

  • this is great! How many times are you supposed to repeat this for it to work efficiently? during the day? Just once? Several times?

  • First time it's easy.. Try doing it 2 times in a row if your not that good in shape. Afterthe first time your muscles will loosen from moving r forcing them then try it again :)

  • I've been doing this for almost a week and have lost 4 inches off my waist. I do the mountain climber and this one about 2 times daily. I might do more just cause I feel like doin more. Don't hurt yourself trying for more. I also picked up walking in the morning around 7:30-8am walk or jog or about 30 minutes or more. Drink alot o water. Take an empty milk gallon or anything to hold about a gallon of water. Drink that whole gallon in a day or more if you can. Or my breakfast I eat "nature valle

  • As i think it depends on people, we don't see the resutls at the same time i guess,  so pls people who has done this for a while, could you tell us from when u saw the difference ? thx in advance =)

  • @lovecadasprache With weight loss you cant see a result over night it takes weeks,months and years of commitment. You have to be consistent and each week challenge your self further. Your diet must also be impeccable. If you do these things you should see results in weeks. Don't give up hope <3

  • @MrMegaHMAN I personaly do this exercise once a day... but I tend to do it two times. Dont over do it.. other wise you could hurt yourself... hope this helps :)
