Oh my god. It was not being pulled fast enough to have been hurt in any way and if he was in pain he would've stood up. Also near the end when he actually did stand up, you can see that the person with the leash stopped so he could get up. THIS IS NOT ANIMAL ABUSE IN ANY SENSE OF THE WORD. Calm the fuck down and stop getting so butthurt over everything you see on the internet.
