I can see where the confusion is, it's a very open B, however it is a B. You can tell by the slight indent of the curve. Were it truly a D, we would see nothing but a pure curve. The shirt would likely be improved by the more common fully closed B that we see in most fonts. And of course, it's not an argument, simply a discussion on something of monumental importance. :P
