URC jang had a fluke thing going on with his I think. The esc gave out on him if I remember right. I've had mine for about six months only problems I've had I's with the top of the cage and the front steering. I just upgraded the front end and never had another problem. I'm a basher not a racer. I'm not nice to the rail and it keeps wanting more.

I have the XT2 and its prob my fav rc of them all! I take on my buddies buggies and on roaders that cost 2/3 times the price all the time!! Now the brushless edition sounds pretty coo! I wonder what the diffrence between the rail vs XT2e? besides the roll cage vs the lexan body?

Might be better with better dirt deflection. that wide open body is just begging for premature wear. You could probably custom fit lexan cutouts for that on the roll cage. Otherwise, I'm game.

@DocWolph Why Not Just Cut Out You Own Lexan, Drill 2 Small Holes In The Arm. Fill With 2 Screws. Since The Holes Are Filled No Durability Lost.

@butty41 tape or glue a big piece of styrofoam to the underside of the chassis that will make it float. now i don't know if he said its waterproof or not tho.

@trxslashdriver no i meant actually using the paddles to throw th water backwards and push it forwards. real cars can float on water by goung high speed with paddle tires, of course they cant stop ot they sink. same princible
