ich geb dir mall nen tip, ich habe den gleichen motor und dieser schwarze hebel am gehäuse der davor am vergaser befestigt war und bei dir jetzt einfach nur runterhängt ist der drehzahlbegränzer, du musst mal wärend der rasenmäher läuft den nach üben schieben bis zum anschlag und dann mal etwas fester drücken, dann wirst du merken, wie häääffftig dein motor dann aufhäult und eine drehzahl die doppelt oder dreifach so groß ist beckommt!!!!!!! musch mal echt machen, aber vorsichtig!!!!!!

ich hab bei meinem rasenmäher auch den vergaser umgebaut und dann hatte er auch viel mehr power aba nach einer zeit gabs plötzlich ein lauten knall und ging aus. Ich hab ihn dann wida angemacht und er ging wida. Woran kann dass liegen? Kann da was kaputt gehn?

there was no oiltube

because it wasn't build for a longer use! We sprayed a little bit WD40 into the oil reservoir. And were we hat to put the oil from ??? These engine dosen't have a Oilpump.

But the turbo is still living! ;-)

@ADY285 Die kommen von ganz allein, weil der Motor überfettet, wenn die Zündung kurz fehlt. Außerdem hatten es die Flammen durch den "Auspuff" nicht so schwer ins Freie zu kommen ;-)

That's pretty impressive. I had a project lawnmower several years ago, but never got this far into it. That's awesome how you can hear the turbo spooling up and winding down. I think it needs a bigger BOV, and you should remove the governor linkage so it doesn't just stop at that RPM. How about some forged rods and pistons? I'm sure they're available somewhere.

the used pistin is a very cheep part witch is turned (???) out of cheepest aluminium.

An the rod is made of alu. too. Mabey a rod out of steel would works better.

I there is no sense behind doing this. Its only Fun! And I can tell you the mower is still mowing our gras. It only takes a little bite more Oil. But shit happends. I used oldschool eastgerman technology it means a 17mm carb (out of a Mopped Simson) and a turbocharger from a Smart.

I wish you all a lot of fun to watch this vid.
