I just moved in to Steveston-beside the Gary Point Part,and I need confess that steveston is a fantastic place to live much better than live downtown(Bute St and Davi St),where I used to live.
I agree that Richmond is too expensive for far too many people.
It Steveston and Richmond is to remain the beautiful place it is, we need to step up and build more affordable housing for low income families and individuals.
The best weather in the whole B.C. and may be in the whole great withe north! we were living for almost a year and a half in an apartment above a store called Elves Stamps, for sure you will know. Beautiful place.
Why would if offend it some people ? I am Christian, but seeing verses from the Koran or Buddhist text would not offend me, even though I don't believe in that stuff. Why would someone be offended by something they don't believe in ?
