@missmidgetgem1 I was lying in my bed, flicking about the channels as you do on a Saturday morning and for some weird reason I left it on Football Focus. When I heard Phoenix Rising start, I hit record (the good thing about Sky+ is it will record what you've watched before you actually hit record). I then copied the above segment to dvd and transferred it here. I don't have the full episode if that's what you're looking for
