@Mairinohailche You do realize nearly all toothpaste and many city water supplies are enriched with flouride, right? Nearly anything in a high enough concentration can be bad for you. But then again society loves their Burger King, alcohol and cigarettes.

As far as I know u can't build back enamal...once it's gone it's gone. Pronamal toothpaste just claims to slow the enamal deterioration. If you get pain bleaching then someone told me to put sensodyne toothpaste in the trays and leave them in overnight to reduce the sensitivity. Might work.

Fluoride does not strengthen your teeth, In fact, it makes your teeth brittle over time. It also doesn't prevent cavities. It is actually rat poison. I buy toothpaste without it from Tom's of Maine. Too much fluoride in the water and more in your toothpaste can even cause nasty skin rashes. It is really best to drink water purified by reverse osmosis and use non fluoridated toothpaste.

only if you get pure sodium fluoride or something like that, pour acid on it and inhale the gas... then you will die a very painful death. a little bit in your toothpaste is great though, your teeth are actually made of calcium fluoride ;)
