The care clearly had the creature in its head lights and. Doesnt respond to it at all. The car doesnt swerve, or suddenly hit the break or anything.

This is not a faked cctv video. How could anyone say that the car would have swerved or slowed down... maybe they did brake... we did not have that point of view...Clearly something ran/hopped/skipped across the highway. When it is dark out and travelling at high speeds, it is almost impossible to see something coming out of the dark and into your field of sight (headlamps) until it is too late.
