this is in croatia where it's not really that easy to get a licence. you need to spend 30 hours in real traffic and then you take the test which you can fail for the slightest mistake. these clips are more a case of straight not giving a single fuck (very croatian thing to do), than actual bad driving.

These people most likely didn't pass their tests, they just got their licenses as a gift. Many municipalities in my country issue licenses just by checking your eyesight and answering a ridicuosly easy questionaire.

i drove the wrong way up a motorway slip lane once...because my gearbox had broken just as i got to the toll booth...i only had third gear left working and it was a van i'd borrowed and the owner had no towing coverage on his insurance

the road was uphill after the toll booths so i could'nt drive to the next exit so i pushed the van around by myself and just about managed to get it running...i drove up the slip lane and to the nearest garage...without ever stopping..even for traffic lights!
