IMO it shows you have musical potential; obviously you can't call yourself a music god just because you play GH. I can definitely say that his vids are not fake, though. You don't make fake videos with constant missed notes. Ben's skill level isn't even close to that of some other GH players either.

I live and breathe music, and I so happen to be good at this game, on all instruments, NATURALLY. We don't spend hours a day "practicing" to be good at this game; you pick up the guitar, and you're good. Sure, you might suck for the first week getting used to the interface, but then it's smooth sailing without hours or practice. You have no clue what you're talking about.

IMO it shows you have musical potential; obviously you can't call yourself a music god just because you play GH. I can definitely say that his vids are not fake, though. You don't make fake videos with constant missed notes. Ben's skill level isn't even close to that of some other GH players either.

I agree, if they were spending every last waking moment on Guitar Hero, then I'd be a little angry...to say the least. I didn't mean to come across as an asshole, so I apologize for that, but reading over my comment...that's exactly how I would've taken it. But when I have kids, I'll support them in practically anything, and if they want to become any form extracuricular expert, the school work comes first.
