@R3DBAND Yes it does, in fact legalizing Marijuana (for recreational use) is going into the ballot next year for Missouri. I would have been happy with just Medical use, but I'm not complaining. Hopefully it will turn out fine!

Well, while it is a different place in terms of people yes, I am hoping people will come to there senses since last years attempt to get medicinal marijuana came to a very close 48/52 (or around there). I believe if people do come to there senses though, this world will be so much better. Missouri has always been a strict state against marijuana, and if this bill passes, things might just change for the better.
