Im so glad your cats ok! Losing, or almost losing, an animal is tough... And your looks are the kind of looks that people can go out in public, day or night, wearing, without everyone staring and looking at you all 'weird', which is a nice change, to me, from all the flowers and things other people will do. My cat had something like that but it was a bite from a spider however something happened with it and it would come back each summer as a heat reaction. Also, a cat's fur can change color under extreme stress. Glad he's doing better now!
