hey im in neeed of help im taking this D4 and im 18 trying to also lose my football weight for lacrosse and i asking if you recommend taking 4 capsules a day instead of 2.
@bigredben1 i started with 2 a day until i got used to it then i bumped it up to 3 a day for a few days then i eventually moved up to 4 pills a day after a week or so. it all depends on ur body ability to handle stimulants. every persons different.

@dw061384 cashews n bananas u can eat every day, both are very healthy. n lean beef is also healthy to eat on occasion. n clean cutting is eating regular sized meals but without useless calories like cookies n chips. keep ot clean with chicken, fish sweet potatoes n whole grain breads.
@endomorph80 burn more calories than u take in. cut down on useless carbs... like no bread with a cheeseburger or no bun with a hot dog. easy stuff like that makes a difference, so does eating a lot of protein n doing a ton of cardio. atleast 20-30 mins a day.
do you know how to break a plateu iam at 10percent bodyfat right now and i want to get to 7 %bodyfat.i heard cuting my carbs to 50 grams a day for 2 weeks will burn the bodyfat off. and if you know how bodybuilders drop alot of bodyfat before a show can you tell me how they do that. if you want you can make about my question

@dw061384 running wont burn muscle, the only people that really happens to are extreme runners who run like marathons n stuff. jogging like 10 miles a week wont cause u to lose muscle, unless if u run first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
@dw061384 its hard to say cause everyone is different as far as metabolism and how much they like doing cardio. people with faster metabolism's may only do cardio like 2 hours a week, i was doing about 3-5 hours a week, just depended on how i felt and how intense my other workouts were.
