Marshalling posts are manned strong enough to cover the 24h in shifts. Marshalls on the posts at the far side usually camp at their post and watch the warmup and early stages if they're not on duty but of course get to action when needed...

Keichi Tsuchiya is great. I have a ton of respect for him being able to tame that beast Toyota GT-One. If there was ever a track to flip a car at though, it's at Circuit De Sarthe with it's gargantuan Mulsanne straight.

the lack of aero... the flips were caused by overly stiff suspension and a flat bottom. the speaker nailed it - the dirty air got under the front end and lift off results.
