  • she has beautiful healthy hair. I am soo jealous.

  • her little ass needed some BO-BO's ! hahahahaha . but the hair is pretty . she is young though.

  • Hello, I'm going to try this on my daughter's hair. The oil product you sprayed on her hair I read what type of oils it was in the comments. Did you make it yourself or is it something you purchased? If it was a purchase, what is the products name? Thanks :)

  • best way would be to roller set hair 1st then blow out for silkyness

  • I use tht crecepelo stuffs.. Pretty good tho.

  • hola amor!

i live in NY and i was wondering if I could find the boe products in local beauty supply stores. Because I see la bomba, silicon mix, lacio lacio .. y todo. but ive never seen boe

  • Her hair looks so beautiful and healthy. :-)

  • Es una niña muy bonita

  • @pibelois El amor de my vida, bella por dentro y por fuera :)

  • @MsBlackrose76 MIRTA De PERALES Hair Serum $7.99 ----------- Boe Nail growth treatment $3.59 ---- La Plancha Deep Heat Protector Leave-In $5.99 ------ -Baba de Caracol Frizz and dry scalp Moisturizer $7.99 -------- Doctor Cabello Intensive Hair Repair Treatment 4pc set $17.99------- and more BEST SALE PRICES EVER!

  • Can you tell me the name of that blow dryer so i can buy one ?

  • @amanda116896 it is a turbo power 2500. You can find it @ rihefra.com/round_brushes

  • What happens when it gets wet?

  • @ladinagonzalez Because her hair is 100% chemical free, if is exposed to humidity or water will get back to its natural curls. this can last up to three weeks but you must care for your hair and avoid humidity.

  • WOW THAZ AMZING DO U DO THT STUFF WHILE IZ WET OR DO U LET I DRY MORE

  • @mixesup16 The hair must be wet in order to get the best results. You can also Rollo set and dry the hair before blow drying. However, the hair will be exposed to twice the amount of heat, could cause breakage and dehydration.

  • @mixesup16 the hair must be wet and protected with lots of leave in treatment.

  • if i get a Dominican blow out would my hair go back to being natural

  • @love020799 yea it will...after about 2 weeks you hair will start to shrink back to its natural curls

  • baby girl is too cute

  • Awww she is just toooo cute!!!

  • Thanks all of you, for the love and support!

    I appreciate it!

  • @RichardsGurl5 :) Thanks

  • so pretty...where can i purchase the blow dryer that u use

  • @essencez1 You can check it out at rihefra.com this is the link rihefra.com/round_brushes

  • Did her hair feel greasy?

  • @Ambah321 Not at all, the heat allow the hair to absorb the oils and leave in treatment, creating a protective coat from the inside out, without leaving the hair greasy and heavy (note you must only use natural oils not synthetic or hair grease if you use any synthetic oils the results will be greasy.)

  • I am going to purchase this from the site you listed in a week. I can't wait! One more question..what was the product that was clear that you were spraying on her hair?

    THANKS for your response(s)

  • @txb4u The spray I use is a mixture of oils one N only argan oil, coconut and almond oil. These oils are excellent to protect the hair against breakage and dehydration caused by excessive heat . failing to provide your hair with the right protection may lead to hair loss, so it is really important to use a heat protector leave in and the right oils. thanks for your support I truly appreciate it.

  • what products you use to do the blow out? i havent had one done before and i would like to try it also if i got my hair perm or dye can i still do the blow out? or would it take out my hair??? thanks!

  • @roniejohnson it is ok to blow dry your hair, but you must protect it from the excess heat; it is always best to use products that are rich in moisturizers, if the blowout is done the correct way there wont be any hair breakage. I deep treated her hair with La bomba hair treatments and also use boe crece pelo leaving treatment.

if your hair is relaxed it is best to Rollo set first, to avoid stressing the hair.

you can find the products at rihefra.com

  • @MsBlackrose76 thank you i really appreciate it! ;)

  • is this good for all types of race? and where can i purcahse this from? thanks!

  • She is too adorable! what type of blow dryer do you use?

  • @txb4u This is a pro 2500 blow dryer. Some blow dryers can cause trauma or injury to the scalp and damage or burn the hair strands due to excess heat so, it is really important to select the right dryer.

You can check it out at rihefra.com/african_american_hair_care_videos

This is an excellent dryer because is well balanced, the nozzle is really narrow and the heat concentration is just what you need to get a great blow out.

  • I love this video! Your daughter is adorable, and her hair looks better than any hair salon has ever gotten my hair to look. I have relaxed hair, and I am not looking forward to going to have my next touch-up after experiencing so much breakage from a BKT. However, my new growth is out of control. Would I have to cut off the relaxed hair in order to try a Dominican blow out???? I am so looking for an alternative to relaxers. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thx!

  • @eformationqueen You are doing the right thing by stretching your relaxer, Keratin straighteners can be even more damaging to our hair and scalp than relaxers. You don't need to cut your new growth to get a blow out, believe it or not a blow out can help to prolong your relaxing time by six months or more without experiencing breakage. (must be done by professionals)

  • There are two excellent relaxers I used for many years with most of my clients

Gentle Treatment (mild) and Soft & Beautiful (mild), it is always best to use no lie relaxers, (relaxers that you are mixing yourself are no lye relaxers. The ones already premixed in a jar are the lye relaxers)

Thanks for the sweet compliments :)

  • @xx4everQueenxx Her hair is a 4c never used any type of chemicals, I blow dry only once a month.

I treat her hair once a week with boe crece pelo and deep treat once a month with la bomba hair treatment. also use a mixture of warm oils and apply to her scalp the night before treating the hair. I don't use grease (I use chiki kids styling cream) and never braid her hair, two strands twists is a better choice, helps to enhance the curls and eliminate breakage, is basically all I do to her hair.

  • I'd like to know if she has 4a,b,or c hair type as well as if she has ever had a relaxer? Because I have4b/ 4c completely natural hair and don't know how well this product or method would work for my hair type or the majority of other black/african american women i kno :-( lemme know. But it looked great anyway

  • @xx4everQueenxx A lot of women think Dominicans Have a different hair texture than African American women

and the truth is, we have a variety of hair textures from the straighter to the 4c hair type. I am a Dominican and my hair is a 3c 4a, b, my mom's hair is a 4c and my daughter's hair is a 4c, all of us have a different type of coarse hair but at the end it is the same exact texture as any African American woman.

The difference is the technique and products we use. is not the hair texture

  • @xx4everQueenxx You can try the products and I am sure you will love the on your hair, specially Boe crece pelo; this products are really good.

I wish you the best and if you need assistance or any hair care tip you can also email me at rita@rihefra

    God bless :)

  • Like to know what type of brush you're using there? Sorry my comment is broken, im using my crazy android lol

  • @ladychocolate777 They s are both very old brushes the small soft one is a Spornette Italian Brush and the big one is a mixture of porcupine and boar bristles from Rssesion rounds, I had those brushes over 7 years the brush bristles remains intact they last forever and I love them. you can find the both on Rihefra they have improved the look of the brushes but the quality remains the same.

  • ww your daughter looks gorgeous!! I would lik

  • She is such an adorable cutie~pie & her hair was beautiful!

  • @TheMzhoney85 :) Thanks

  • I did the blowout on my 14yr old last nite. I took a while but no flat iron. My brush technique needs work but the product is amazing. The Rihefra site recommend a boar and nylon mix brush for her hair ( found a Sallys for 10 bucks) and my Silverbird dryer (2000 watts) it was hot! My baby was mad but oh well. Her hair is straighter and longer than my usual method. I wrapped it last nite and will unveil soon.. Lol thanks ms black rose!

  • @MsNaturalWonder I am soooo happy to know that I was able to help you out, That is what Rihefra is all about.

keep using the products and you will see major improvement on their hair health and growth.

I will be posting the video tutorial soon ,in that video, I teach different ways to protect the scalp and the hair while blow drying it.

You are very much welcome! :)

  • Also when you refer to natural oils for the scalp, what do you suggest? How to you feel about Shea butter, olive oil and carrot oils?

  • @MsNaturalWonder @MsNaturalWonder All natural oils are beneficial for our scalp; they are high in anti-oxidants and fatty acids and they wont clog the pores as hair grease does.

  • @MsNaturalWonder Carrots oil, rich in vitamins A, C, K and potassium and is Proven to work against Hair Loss-Stimulate Hair Growth

Coconut Oil, excellent skin and hair moisturizer, has the ability to prevent bacterial infections in the skin.

Shea Butter - rich in Vitamins A, E, & F, collagen, improve skin conditions such as dandruff, psoriasis and dermatitis.

  • @MsNaturalWonder Olive oil, is known to nourish our hair and scalp skin. However is not a good idea to use while blow-drying our hair, (olive oil can over heat and cause hair breakage)

  • I received my 4pc crecepelo set this week and will be doing my 14 yr olds hair this weekend. I did not purchase a brush from Formica but am going to BSS. Any tips on brush sizes and styles. Also can you post a round brush tutorial? Please. We really want long healthy hair...salud

  • @MsNaturalWonder I am working on a tutorial and I promise to upload it soon,

Thanks for your support! I appreciate it very much.

  • Your daughter is so Beautiful and her hair is so pretty!!! Thank you again and Have a Bless Weekend!!!

  • @sweetfm2008 Thanks for the compliments and blessings, God bless you too, Enjoy your weekend also :)

  • When you DC with the treatment overnite, did you rinse the conditioner out of the hair the next day or did you blowout her hair with the dc dry in?

  • @sweetfm2008 The next day I rinsed out the DC and applied a lot of leave in treatment.

When you leave the treatment overnight the hair absorbs better and the hair strands get extremely soft. however you should never leave keratin or protein treatments overnight.

  • @MsBlackrose76 Thank you!!! I brought the CrecePelo DC Treatment, CrecePelo Leave-in, and Bomba Leave-in at my local bss today!!! I can't wait to use them.

  • @sweetfm2008 I am sure you will love the results, just remember to stick to your products and give your hair time to enjoy the benefits.

  • Just ordered the product featured because I blow dry my teens and flat iron them but I'm looking for protective products that promote growth. They are natural and one is bi racial and they don't play abt their hair. I am growing my natural hair after cutting out my locs. we will see how the products helps. Thanks for your video.. Ur baby is beautiful.

  • @MsNaturalWonder It is really important to protect our hair from breakage specially if we use heat or chemicals. you will love the products, they really work and I am sure you will continue using them after seeing the results; I get a lot of feed-backs from clients who use the products.

Thank you very much for your support, I sincerely appreciate it.

  • What's the name of the song? :)

  • Amazing!!! The best I've seen without all the smoke from the heat LOL Great job. Are there any other alternatives to the BOE that you put in the hair?

  • @RedQueen009 Her hair is totally natural and really healthy, not split ends or breakage. If you treat your hair with the proper products your hair elasticity will improve, But if you look carefully I dont pull the hair while is wet, the proscedure is done an inch at the time until you get to the ends, then you can brush the hair from roots to end. it is a technique that will not stress or break the hair at all. Before blow drying the hair is best to protect it and understand the techniques.

  • i wish i knew about alot of things b4 i started relaxing my hair. im transitioning back to natural. but i wish i knew about this.

  • @msnywoman23 It is never too late, I am sure you will fall in love with your hair all over again :)

  • that blowout is sheer perfection!

    i love dominican products.

i will definitely checkout that site

  • @summerjewel63

    Thanks :)

  • that blowout is sheer perfection!

  • Thanks again!

  • Hi thanks for d info but I forgot to ask whatbrand is your dryer

  • @mary6792

This is a turbo dryer you can also find it at rihefra.com is the best dryer I have ever used

  • I order the 4 pc set this weekend and recd it today. I wash my hair and use the whole line. All I got to say is OMG!!!! THIS IS A AWESOME PRODUCT,MY HAIR IS SO SOFT AND I'M NATURAL ALSO WITH COLOR IN THE FRONT. I did just what Rite told me to do on how to use the product. Now I just can't wait for the GROWTH, which I know that's coming SOON............:)

  • @classydm You will love this products for ever, I promise :)

  • Thank you so much for put the name of this product, I will have to get me some for my natural hair. You little girl is TOO CUTE God's little Angel. This same me a trip to going to the Dominican Hair Salon. Be BLESS!!! :)

  • @classydm Thanks for the compliments and blessings, I appreciate it God bless you too :)

  • whats the moisturizer you use in the beginning called?

  • @MsHogue1

The name is boe crece pelo, I use the complete line of boe hair products

You can find it at Rihefra.com

  • @MsBlackrose76 yes I saw u put the name after lol sorry,I did order the set though has come yet,but 'thankuu' I dont perm my hair anymore so I wanted a product that works good for natural hair

  • @MsHogue1 I am sure you will love these products :)

  • does it have to be the particular blow dryer with nozzle?? Can it be any??

  • @lesphucc

Yes the nozzle have two very important purposes,

one is to prevent the heat from drying out your hair ( The heat should only be apply to the hair when you use a brush, if the hair is not divided by the brush bristles it could dry out and cause breakage)

The second purpose for using a nozzle is to prevent the hair from entering the blow dryer heating element ( The heating element can trap your hair and burn it ) So the thinner the nozzle the better effect on your work.

  • @MsBlackrose76 Thanks. I guess I'll get that kind of dryer :)

  • @lesphucc

I personally Think a blow dryer should be one with perfectly balanced heat, I prefer 2500

1875 blow dryer will not give you the same results, If the dryer temperature is not high enough you will have to expose the hair to the heat for a long time before the hair is dry and this could cause the hair to become dehydrated and break; You need the perfect balance of heat ( not too hot or too cold)

  • @MsBlackrose76 Oh thank you so much for the tips! I didn't know that about the dryers.

  • I love the video!!! Is it possible though for you to do an additional one for techniques if you do this on your own head? For me the hardest part is holding the brush and blow dryer and trying to do the back of my head.

  • @JanuariLeigh Blow drying your own hair is really difficult, my hair is not relaxed and it is almost impossible for me to blow dry it on my own. I usually ask my mum or my husband for help with it.

if your hair is relaxed it is easier to blow dry on your own

I am working on a tutorial where I speak about the technique and teach every step and how to use the blow dryer and brushes.

I will let you know when I publish it :)

  • Do you need to have a lot of length for a bow out? I am speechless.

  • @beautifulblkgurl

You don't need to have really long hair to blow dry it, all you need is good protection( leave in treatment with lots of moisture) and the proper brushes there are many different sizes of brushes to accommodate any hair length. However, the shorter the hair the most difficult it is to blow dry.

  • I miss getting my hair like this...I stopped because the back piece of my hair broke off because of too much heat :/

  • @giulliana12

When doing a blow out at home it is important to know that using a really hot blow dryer is not the best choice

some blow dryers can be dangerous for the hair. If you choose to get it done again you need to use the proper leave in treatments and be really careful with the heat never use a blow-dryer higher than 2500 or get professional assistance.

  • Wow wat a beautiful girl.. SHE SO CUTE

  • lil' diva, lol!! she's too cute. amazing results and great job!

  • @meshelllwo Thanks for the compliment, she loves to do her hair and to dress up a true diva and she is the sweetest little girl in earth :)

  • :-( @ the comments being deleted! Thank you soo much for the encouragement, I need it. and PLEASE give me a step by step. and yes im dealing with kinky afro american hair, but I know it can be done Ive seen it. I was even thinking about returning my super solano for a pwibbs turbo dryer (because Ive seen videos with dominicans using it) But Ive also heard the solano was one of the best so I dunno. anyway, any help will help this desperate hairdress. thanks mucho~

  • Tell me what Im doing wrong. I wash, condition and do the bantu knots like you did in this video and sit under a dryer till dry...but at the end I STILL have to flat iron the hair.

  • I have been trying to do the dominican blowout for the last 4 months and STILL havent gotten it! and its killin me because I usually am good at copying . I have the super solano hair dryer and bought silicon mix, salerm 21 and star lacio lacio(thinking this was gonna do the trick) and while star lacio lacio is AWESOME , I still couldnt nail the blowout. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEE!!! HELP me!

  • @luvamani

HI, there is nothing impossible I am sure you will get it :) let me see how can we make it happen

ok the first thing to do is use one type of product lacio lacio is fine not silicone for blow drying natural hair you need a different type of moisture.

silicone is better for wet looks or Rollo setting curly hair.

Ok after you wash your hair apply the treatment and leave for 15 minutes and rinse well

Apply moisturizer (hair bottle that say rinse) detangle your hair and rinse well

  • @luvamani I cant believe I posted a full description and some how it got deleted :(

OK I will post a step by step direction on my page tomorrow,

I am sure you will be able to do a great job this time :)

  • @luvamani Hi, I posted the Directions here, but it was a little too long :) pleased check my page I hope to be helpful to you and others who emailed me with this request.

    God blessings :)

  • donde puedo comprar el cepillo

  • @soytuya21 los cepillos que yo uso los puedes encontrar en rihefra.com click en el boton que dice video

  • Very pretty results! Hair looks great!

  • @Urbr0k3nw0rrdz

    Thanks! :)

  • Beautiful results, I'm going to try this on my hair, for some reason I now hate my hair flat ironed

  • @kymelle I totally agree with you,. Flat irons can really cause the hair to brake and lots of split ends.

  • What was the stuff you sprayed on her hair in the clear bottle around 57 or 58 seconds into the video? If you don't mind me asking.

  • @SFL70 It is a mixture of oils, coconut, jojoba, vitamin E and olive silk oil

Sometimes I only apply the silk oil. but it is use as a moisturizer to avoid hair dryness.

  • wow I need some people that can do the dominican thing in my area lol

  • @MAJazzy08 Wish I could help :) but I am sure there is some one near you. You just need to do some re search..

  • Ladies there you have it you don't need no RELAXER to straighten your hair, it eventually can burn your hair out and scalp too! All you need is a very good stylist!

  • @lilmissbobo79 That is right! :)

  • Wow. That came out really nice. I like the way you parted her hair. It looks great. You did a very good job and you only used a blow drier, that is amazing. I am dominican with very curly hair, usually i have to blow dry and then straighten with a flat iron.

  • @Estefani23

Thanks Stefani, I guest, I am The best :)

    Just kidding!!!!!!

  • would an 1875 dryer do that and how long would that last that is so nice great job.does it have in the keratin treatment?

  • @mary6792

1875 blow dryer will not give you the same results, If the dryer temperature is not high enough you will have to expose the hair to the heat for a long time before the hair is dry and this could cause the hair to become dehydrated and break; You need the perfect balance of heat ( not too hot or too cold)

I personally like this particular dryer because I don't have to worry about heat selection, burning my hair or my scalp, there are very few dryers like this one and I love it :)

  • @mary6792

No, there is not any type of chemical in her hair, The white lotion I applied is leave in treatment Boe crece pelo

this is used to protect the hair from heat and to increase hair growth.

You can learn more about Boe at rihefra.com

  • Comment removed

  • @thedropkicker Not all Dominican hair stylist know what they doing so becareful who you go to I know for experience and other people's experiences too.

  • Why is a little girl of that age going through heat burning just to get straight hair? Clearly you see her jumping frm the heat. Wow..what kind of example are we setting for young black girls?..

  • @smile4me256

I understand your concern. She is not feeling pain or discomfort the blow dryer is not hot or burning her hair

This procedure is something I have done for the past 13 years and is not a black or white people thing, I have blow dried many different races black, white, Indians, Africans, Chinese so, it is not a something black people do, women with different types of hair texture, color and length (including white women with straight hair) blow drying is a matter of choice.

  • What kind of blow dryer is that...or does it matter?

  • @len546

This is a pro 2500 blow dryer.

  • Absolutely beautiful!!

That little lady is soooo cute and the shine in her hair is amazing!!!

    You have Fine Skillz!!!

    She looks so sleek!!

  • @kykittykat Thanks, she is a blessing :)

  • that little girl has the same hair texture as mines. excellent job! Im going to your site to purchase. Im convinced!

  • @o0R3stless0o

    Thanks, I appreciate it!

  • @MsBlackrose76 i wanted to try something like this out on my hair but when i got to the dominican salon i notcied that they rollerset me first and put me under the dryer then do the blow out. Wouldnt doing the blow out while your hair is wet cause breakage? or which option is better?

  • @Catsie15

This blow out technique is a great way to avoid the extra heat. However if your hair is process is best to Rollo set the hair first, that way the pulling and tension does not break the hair strands.

  • Beautiful work! I looked up these brushes and could not find them.Wher can they be purchased?

  • @caseylowe2

This are really old ones you can use any boar brush but not the ones with nylon mixtures, check rihefra.com and click on the link for the best 10 brushes

  • The technique is in the blowdryer. it's the closed nozzle attachment that makes the hair straight. The nozzle allows direct heat to penatrate and straightens the hair.

  • @hair933

You are right the nozzle and blow dryer play a really important role to achieve the straight hair look, however is also important to know how to handle and angle the blow dryer in order to avoid hair breakage , as well as the proper brushes to protect the hair from split ends. most important, we must select the right temperature or amount of heat some blow dryers can be really damaging for our hair specially if used at home by non professionals.

  • good beautifull job

  • that blowout was fantastic!! can't believe you did all that without a flat iron. I wish I knew of a DR salon down here that did work like that.

  • that blowout was fantastic!! can't believe you did all that without a flat iron.

  • She is sooOo cute... Good job on her hair. She is lucky to have someone that can blow her hair at home.

  • @vanie0295

    thanks :)

  • This was a fabulous blow dry and that little girl so cute the hair came out great. Of course we talented hands like yours it would!!! will definitely look into this product - I am 5 months post and loving it!!

  • @winiver77

    Thanks:)

I promise you wont regret using Boe, it is the best products I've tried on our hair.

Maybe you can try the small combo and see how much you like it

    rihefra.com have a set for $24.99

  • What a beautiful girl..Awesome Tutorial!!..I reviewed the Crece Pelo BOE Line months ago..The hair came out gorgeous..I usually use the whole BOE line when my hair is curly..Beautiful Hair!!..I really need to get that blow dryer..I have a cheap Con Air blow dryer from Target ($20)..it was suppose to be temporary..i had a professional one that I had for over 5 years..then it broke last year...omg I need to get a better one..Does anyone know of any good professional blow dryers??..

  • Thanks for your sweet compliments:)

The blow dryer I have is a great one I have used it for years and is still working great

and rihefra.com have it for $54.00 I believe this is the best price you can ever find on this blow dyer.

  • wow this is amazing, really good job on her hair. question though, was her hair freshly washed when you started the video and you just added the boe when you knotted it? also did you de tangle her hair and stuff before you blow dried it?

  • @IceCremeSurprise

Her hair was wash and treated overnight, and the following day I rinsed the treatment and apply boe leave in and de-tangled the hair little by little, then I did the blow drying :)

  • i love it ! You Rock. Nobody gives blowouts like us Dominicans.....

  • @BeautybyNaomi

Thanks Naomi, you also rock :)

  • Hi Mom, How long will does it usually last?

  • @deladrian

The really straight look only last a week but, the hair remain soft for two weeks or more depending on how the hair is protected when you sleep or take a shower.

I usually do this once or twice a month because is easier for me to care for her hair.

  • Hi. What is the brand of the boar bristle round brush that you are using?

  • @LuvvTiffany

I used Phillips Level 3 Pure Boar Hair Brush and VIA Crystal ion Wood Boar Brush

  • Great job, her hair looks healthy.

  • What oil product did you use?

  • @phamrecords

It is a mixture of natural oils including, jojoba, coconut , almond etc :)

  • This looks great and her hair looks very healthy

  • @LexiWithTheCurls Thanks!

  • great job

  • you did an amazing job...what kind of blow dryer is this??

  • @stephyl87

is a super pro turbo dryer:) check it out @ rihefra.com

  • @DiamondGoddess101

the knots make the wet blow easier as well as protect the hair from dying and from the heat damage. :)

  • WOW, it's more strait than my relaxed hair! GREAT JOB, MOMMY!

  • @natrlchallenge

    Thanks for your support :)
