1982, it was all wrong. But we could cuddle together to this song for a night or two. And I remember it still, so... Never saw her again. Last I heard, she was in Guantanamo.
this reminds me of my best friend Renate, who sadly passed away last year at the age of 46 from breast cancer. In 1982, she was a big Led Zeppelin fan and I was heavily into soul/funk music. The only album she possessed of this genre was this one and when I stayed with her one weekend we played this particular track to death! Thanks for posting :)
This is one of the 20 Jazz Records I bought this weekend for 1.00 each . I got this one because of 3 synths (Oberheim O.B.X.,ARP Odyssey & Prophet 10 ) listed on the back cover. This is my favorite track, but the whole album is great!
Thanx ever so much 4 this. It reminds me of the days when i all i ever listened to was soul music. My friend's only soulish album was this. She was into heavy metal - and when i stayed at her house one weekend we played this to death!!!
so glad some 1 put this song here. it takes me back to when my big brother would go out and i'd raid his record collection playing'em all on the turn tables on the down low.lol
The style in keyboards of Bill Sharpe is something that there is to be thankful! Thanks for the suggestion of babelfish! I send a Tom greeting to you!
Oh yeah, what I also wanted to say was that this song would sound even better if it was in the key of B minor, which would be about a half-step down from its regular key. But that's probably neither here nor there.
Love this. Thanks for the post. This LP is special to me. I remember going to the record store and window shopping and saw the face to this LP. That night when I went to bed, had a dream. Me and a homeboy was in the store and he asked me "Man have you checked this out". The next day went out and bought the LP. Haven't been disappointed since. Love this music.

I remember when DJ's were real hesitant to play this - at least where I lived. This is so mild compared to what is sung these days.

Great album. Reminds me of driving down to Flicks nightclub in Dartford in my Ford Cortina, then getting smashed on lager.

Me encanta la parte en que se hace un silencio y regresa el tema principal. ¡Fantástico!
