  • Basically...the modern equivalent of "loose lips sink ships".

  • more government propaganda.

the only people who you should be worried about reading your personal information is the Government.

    google 'common purpose'

  • Chilling.

  • I wish I had one of those

  • In other words, don't have tea with white terrorists?

  • Good video. Something to think about.

  • Actually it is, its called SECURITY SETTINGS. My god people learn how to use them.

  • WARNING if some comes into your living room dressed like this, try to stay calm, say that some of your friends are islamic, say george bush is an infidel and poof and tony blair sucks his dick etc say the war on terror was a big propaganda conspiricy etc and if you get a chance, phone the authorities cos he is most likely mentaly ill!!

  • Lastly, while I do like to consider myself to be thinking freely, I don't really talk about it because I don't think that anyone truly thinks for themselves. We're all influenced by some sort of philosophy or movement. Heck, if you consider anarchists to be thinking for themselves, I used to consider myself one until I realized they're just one side of the same coin.

  • @NineSlipperySlopes Every side of the coin is FUCKING NUTS!!!

There's just me. I try to speak my mind but people have some STUPID, sick, twisted ideas.

  • @NineSlipperySlopes Did you know that at least 90% of people condone infanticide?

TO prove this, tell a conservative about "collateral damage" in Iraq, or tell a liberal about white people being killed as retribution for slavery. Most likely, 90% of people will condone one of the two, thereby making ME feel vastly superior to society. I get a kick thinking about how sick the mainstream's beliefs are, makes me feel superior, and it should.

  • But there's really nothing that complex behind this whole thing. I don't think anyone is truly scared. When people post sensitive information on Facebook, it's usually an honest mistake. And posting sensitive information is no less pointless than posting what you're eating or how depressed you are, so it's really just a matter of not posting things that don't concern you or your circle of friends.

  • @markjohnston781 The reality is that a nation will always have enemies (well, at least until the human race progresses as a whole). I do think that the internet should be a place of free speech, but it's common sense that you would try to preserve the community which provides for you your daily necessities.

  • The Facebook walls have ears :)

  • What a bunch a crap.

  • BE SCARED BECAUSE TERRORISTS WANT TO KILL YOU!

now do what they tell you to do and be a good person

  • This isn't about fear-mongering or obedience. It's about being aware of what you do to protect the safety of military men and women that are valid targets in the eyes of foreign enemies. Driving a car is dangerous too, but is anyone really scared because the government tells you to wear a seat belt?

  • @NineSlipperySlopes of course it is obedience, there is a difference between driving a car and fighting illegal wars, the internet is a place were people have near full free speech, and that makes governments scared, so tell them terrorists are watching them, they start to wind down, don't tell me it is about safety, think for yourself for once, in stead of believing all that propaganda

  • It may not be just your friends reading your status updates, big brother wants your data too

  • 1 Terrorist didn't like this advert

  • Hey MoD, ill write this one in code so nobody notices... zebras are cool right? ...There - hope you got that ;) xxx

  • I think this is a brilliant, light-hearted take on a very serious subject. Well done.

  • lol internet explorer

  • Oh please. Who's idea was this? And more to the point - how much of our money did this pathetic campaign cost?

  • @packjoker This is a very real issue, it is worth your money to protect the people of this country

  • @dab2burns The money would be better spent combating radicalisation of young people who use the internet to communicate - not old grannies who are a) unlikely to be using Facebook and b) more than likely to remember the ww2 campaigns such as 'careless talk costs lives'. This is treating people like idiots.

  • @packjoker A million billion pounds!

  • Hey MoD, looking forward to visiting your HQ with David Cameron week after next (Thursday, 3pm)!

    See you then!

    xx

  • You'd think he would remove the bullets if he is going for tea.

  • GALAXY IS IN PERIL! TO THE BATMOBILE!

  • It does not matter that this type of thing may not happen often but that information you post could unknowingly cost someone's life

  • stupid campaign

  • I doubt that Al-Qaeda is looking through my holiday snaps, to be honest.

  • OH NOES. FACEBOOK IS THE NEW IRA SOURCE.
