What an artistic job. Wow. Thank you so much for such a sensitive treatment of this particular episode. I, like many here, was a fan as a kid. What might be surpirising to some is that I watched this series in Iran where it was a big hit (in the early 70's). It's great to see fellow fans . Great Job

Oh wow! Trip down memory lane to when I was six and hiding behind a big chair watching. Hiding because it was too late for me.. I was only allowed to watch when the Indians were featured for some reason. My mother and I were both big fans of Manolito. I remember I always cried because of the falling horses....

I watched "The High Chaparral" over many years - from the late 1960s onwards.

Surely due for repeating on British television?

Music is by Apurimac III-Nature Spirit Pride-'White Buffalo'. Apurimac has 3 Cds out and they are all great Cusco Music. I dont have them playing in my area but I couldnt resist when I saw UFO on the Internet. I dont have all the episodes yet but working on it. Thanks

This is one of my favorite episodes of one of my favorite tv shows. I liked the last comment the wounded Apache tells them....You ar ebetter apache than Soldado!
