I think it's cool that some bands like to interact with their audience though.

I saw The Cure once in LA (not saying they suck or anything... I think they are great) and they don't even say a word to their audience. The only thing I heard Robert say is "that was an old song... this one is a new song" through out a 2:45 minute concert. They played a lot of songs though.

I saw The HIves and they are energetic and kickass.
