China has the largest army in the world & they specifically upgraded their weaponry because of the Spratly Islands. They are the biggest creditor of the US, so, Philippines are somewhat alone on this one. I don't think our floating, flying or driving museums as well as our "century old" weapons are gonna help us much there.
