  • Is this Viewtalay 5 A? I stayed in C last month! lol The room looked similar.

  • Yes, this unit is at View Talay 5 C (there is no A). Maybe next time you would like to stay at it. : )

  • Stay for couple weeks sure! Cant buy it though. ;) How much do you take per night? And which floor is it?

  • It is on the 13th floor, Pattaya side. The rates depend on the period and the season. You may check at my website (the link is on the right top side). 21,000 Baht per month in low season, and 25,000 Baht per month in high season, including all utilities for the entire stay, like housekeeping (the every 2nd day housekeeping includes linen and towels change), water and electricity charges. There are no additional charges.

  • WOWW! That's absolutely stunning. How much?

  • Thanks. For rental rates, please check out the link shown in the instruction of the video. As for the selling price, it's about 3M Baht in the current market.

  • As we speak i am doing the paper work to get over there. I just signed a the closing papers on both of my houses here in USA. I love this country but just cant stand they way its ran any longer. Last year i spent 42 days in Malaysia and Thailand. I have been reading that they changed there rules about people buying property in Thailand.

  • Foreigners can also buy properties in Thailand if it's buying a condominium, and the percentage of units sold to foreigners doesn't exceed 49% of the total number of units in the condominium block.

  • How secure are these apartments?...I heard there are alot of break-ins in Pattaya.

  • There are security guards at the driveway, the lobby and the parking area. It has been 1 year since it was completed. I have not heard any break-ins happened.

  • Ok..Thanks for that.

  • If there ever is a 'break-in' it most likely is a tourist doing it, not a native Thai - I love Thailand and the Thai people... that's why I even have a condo in Bangkok!
