Y'all is the most efficient way of expressing you plural. There's no technically grammatically correct way of doing this (I suppose that "you two" would have been acceptable, but it doesn't sound conversational to me). Anyway, I'm from the South and not embarrassed to be from the South, and I don't think that y'all is any worse than, for instance, "you guys," which you hear a lot in Indiana. -John
