everyone is hating on merryl, and i know that alot of it is true, and i completley agree, but you guys should consider that maybe that's what the producers wanted, a female character who is almost like a lead that isn't a typically sweet, honest, kind unselfish person and wanted to surprise the viewers :)

People were bitching about Sherry for being spoilt and selfish, I thought the same, but now I'm thinking her parents never had time for her, sent her to this school where she could be even more alone, and expect her to get on with the things they want her to get on with. I understand that in their own way they're doing their best, but they need to re-think a few things, being their for your kid is just as important as preparing their future.
