Of course they are Cuban, but a Cuban is just like an American in the sense that almost ALL of its residents was and is descendants and immigrants from other countries. So Cuba was mainly White and Black with a extremely small amount of Indian remaining. So most White Cubans are Europeans that grew up in Latin America, very similar to Argentina.
