Ahh... so I need Particular to do the better effects that you do.

No, not at all! =) I just find it easier to use particular, you can use whatever you want and you can still make it look better than mine ;)

And how do you make random color?

It's a feature of Particular. Not sure how to do it on other particle engines like Particle World or Particle Playground (They both come included with After Effects cs3 pro)

Particular is a particle engine, cloudlets is a form of particle in Particular.
