@emilysweety Do you know that Christianity is correct? The world around us reveals that G-d DOES exist, and the historical evidence reveals that Jesus Christ really did come to this earth and there is overwhelming evidence that Jesus Christ really did physically rise from the dead. Jesus is coming again and the signs of the end times that were foretold in the Bible are coming to pass.
Hey Hyunwoo i love your videos and i love that korean accent these tips will really help once i go to seoul Can you make a video like this but longer?

Hi!! I'm Clarisa from Indonesia, now my friends and I are planning for our next holiday. I like your fifth tips GET FRIENDS! Maybe you can share some tips again? :D Do you have facebook or email where I can ask further? We a little bit confuse what to do. Thanks ;)

@shootingstar87 hi there! funny meeting another snsd fan here? Yes... July 23 and 24th at olympic park gym. I already got my tickets for both shows! so excited! If you are planning to go I didn't hear that they sold out yet. Go to gmarket website. However, i think you need a friend or someone who lives in korea. I'm from the U.S and could not buy myself. I had to have my friend in Korea get the tickets.
oh yes i just barely looked it up on google and found a video of the girls promoting their concert in seoul on youtube. i don't have any close friends in Korea though. oh well, that's alright. where else do u plan to go? i'm prolly going to the language cast meet-up on the 25th :)
@shootingstar87 aww.. that's too bad :( you know "soshified"? it's like the #1 fanclub for snsd. They put together a field trip package to Korea. $2200 for hotel, food, sight see attractions, and of course... they snsd concert. $1800 for if you are already in Korea but want to meet up with other "sones" and join them. I'm just going with my friend. It does sound like a lot of fun tho and I think they might get some wonderful surprises like a fan meet. I'm still deciding where else to visit?
annyeong Hyun woo sun...i've always enjoyed your vids and thnx for these 5 tips...you're so right we went there for a vac. last year (i'm feeling homesick now ) & seeing your vids made me wanna go back again! i luv your country i have a long list of why's but that will be next time! for one thing ppl there were so nice, clean city, shopping was awesome & i can go on & on! when i go back may i look for you as my friend now? hahaha
My Korean friends has given me soooo much! Korean people are really just awesome! I can't wait to visit Korea my first time in June, it will be awesome, and watching this video inspires me do make it even more awesomer, and thanks to all ur videos I think I'll manage to speak with my only-korean-speaking friends too, now! THANKS! seriously thankful! :D
If you want tourists and not just businessmen, you are the local people need to know the english language,
and the tourists seek to learn korean this is one of the strange and difficult language to learn in the world. and incidentally one of the reasons that very few tourists visiting in korea and asian countries, but i realized that china and Japan are trying to teach and talk english and a little tourism there, much more.
@shoshlev I disagree. I'm English, and I'm going to Korea in June of this year. I have been working hard at learning Korean for a yer and a half now, because, well, that's what smart tourists should do, no matter which country they visit, and no matter which language they speak. On the plus side, by learning the language, you learn the culture, and understand their manners and rules (and they are NOT strange, but only different from yours).

3. I should've done that in Japan,only I was with my mother.
4. This is why I love Asian countries. The only really calm places I've been to that are relatively nearby are a forest that I go down to to film that's near where I live and my relatives' farm.
5. That's what I'm doing primarily with Japan but also a lot of countries.
Actually, don't take this the wrong way,you should do a video showing the differences between Seoul and Tokyo.
How do I make friends online in advance, what sites do you suggest? I'm trying to learn Korean online but seems a bit difficult and been told that not many people don't speak English in Korea hence need to make some friends and learn some. Thanks!
i don't know a word korean, how well versed is your avg korean (all, or young people) in english? can i expect people in the bigger cities to speak a little bit? one of every fifth i meet maybe? or should i bring a notebook and clever drawings and sign language and such? :)

Well I may do the same to visit Japan well I don't know about Korea but well it is nice to know after all I don't like to just pull and open a can of worms but in that case when I see if it is about criticizing another nation well I can't stand for it.
After all I might say it could be intresting when Korean people could take things seriously when it comes to criticizim and if it is about selling a particular product I'll say don't devalued a particular American icon for certain reason.
@ever4one Thank you. I'll be waiting for it:) You're really good at what you do. By the way, I also checked your "talk to me in korean website" i find it very entertaining and helpful. A great way to learn korean! More power to you and all the members. Hope there will be a meet -up when I visit there so that I can see you all in person:)
Great tips. I'm going to Seoul for a year or longer very soon and appreciate videos like this. I don't speak Korean, by the way - I'm from Toronto - but I intend to.

yup thats how i learned korean really quickly. I live in areas of seoul where there aren't any (or aren't many) foreigners and no one in these areas speak english.

Since the beginning of TTMIK, I have listened to all your material. ^^
@Breaudy yeeeees ! :D i went to cuba once and their like : oh where are yo from , and i said Canada and ever since they where treating me like a queen xD
Longtime viewer, first time commenter here. Love the videos you do, and I'm a TTMIK member too. I've been learning languages all my life, starting with Spanish from when I was ages 6-18, then I got a degree in Italian in college, and now I'm planning on moving to Korea to teach English next year, to experience the culture and to learn the language (or try to, ha!). Let me know if you ever want to practice languages sometime in the future when I get there! I'm always up for a language exchange!
@CamButler Hey! Thanks a lot for watching my videos and using TTMIK :) Sure let me know when you get here. Let's meet up for some coffee and practice together!
If I were going to Seoul, I'd take my time exploring the areas out of the central business district as they've all got their own character from what I've been watching on YT.
It might take a couple of months to see them all though...
Nice video, i leave the school this year, so i can take a few months to travel around the world, I just have to persuade my family, o get some work, make some money, and perfect!!... Seoul, wait for me! xD
Is there any way you can make a video about what not to do in Korea? Like things in America that are ok but are rude and disrespectful in Korea? Seeing the contrast would be so cool!!! (and helpful for whenever I get to visit)
@xoxKenziexox Thanks a lot! : ) Hmm.. that will be interesting!! ^_^ I'm making a long list of videos to make for Youtube, so I'll add that to my list! :)
I'm not so sure about number 3. I'm hoping to learn Korean soon. But, I'm not sure if it will fit in before I go to Seoul. I know you guys make videos for the TTMIK site, but I've never seen a cram video for those just flying into Korea soon. You guys should make a video that supplies the most useful phrases in one video for those flying over to Korea soon. Nice video. I enjoyed it.
@8bittt Hey :) A cram video sounds like fun, although it would be much better to be able to study with it and practice a lot before coming to Korea :) We will try making one! :) Thanks for the comment and suggestion!
@HaengbokHunnie Thank you so much!!! T-money card is the universal transportation card that you can use in Seoul :) You can see vending machines for T-money cards in subway stations :)
oh this is great advice! too many people spend all their time in other countries trying to find things that remind them of home haha. they miss out on all the great experiences! thumbs up!
I liked #4. Especially how you phrase it, relax and enjoy THE nature. I hear this alot. =D

@stuffnnonsense That's true. A few days will never quite cut it :)

8bittt 1 year ago
@8bittt Hey :) A cram video sounds like fun, although it would be much better to be able to study with it and practice a lot before coming to Korea :) We will try making one! :) Thanks for the comment and suggestion!
