  • is that a baby in the background ?

  • no you don't need to go up and up in weight you can just do more reps or maintain

  • I think what they should have said was that deadlifts are bad if you don't know what the fuck you are doing or use too much weight/bad form. I was laid up for 3 weeks because of a back strain that came from these. Absolutely fucking miserable. Won't touch them again. I can get leg development elsewhere.

Bottom line, do what works for YOU.

  • hey guys look how buff they are and they dont do any fucking deadlifts.

soo quit getting all butt hurt and butt raped, so do whatveer the fuckk u wana do

  • I used to do backsnaps, then i took a snap to the back.

  • I agree with you guys on everything! except this. I did not see serious gains until I incorporated deadlifts. Deadlifts are just fantastic, feel amazing, and build some serious strength.

  • starting light and working up, putting strain on your lower back is the idea of deadlifts, just not excessive strain. deadlifts are important for all arount strength and power. any real gym user doesnt ask how much you bench, they ask how much you deadlift,

  • Good points you making

But I'll stick to deadlifts for a while

coz I listen to your advice and do whatever the FUCK I WANNA DOO!

  • bad case of roid rage at the end there?

  • YOU FUCKING IDIOTS, BASHING ON THE HODGE TWINS, BITCHES!!! SO GO FUCKING DO SOME DEAD LIFTS AND SNAP ALL YOUR FUCKING BACK, RACIST BITCHES, YOU AIN'T GONNA STROKE THAT MUSHROOM TIP NO MORE...

  • it's the best fucking exercise. period. you hate it because you are weak on it.

  • I FUCKING AGREE WITH THIS VIDEO !!! go go go twinmuscles

  • ear rape for headphone users at the end

  • Comment removed

  • fellas, i love you guys to death but i have to disagree with this one, deadlifts increases testosterone drastically compare to other workout because it targets a lot of muscles in the body. don't say shit about deadlifts coz ur backs are fucked up, people are different!!

  • my THEORY: both these dude are black...hear me out.... Black people are known to have longer legs and a shorter torso than every other race. and you could say im racicist but its a fact just like the fact that they have black skin and big lips and carpet hair.next time you see a black man, see if im right. and im sure most of you know that the best dead lifters have short legs/ long torso because they can lift at a more safe angle AND have more leverage. DO WHAT EVER THE FUCK YOU WANNA DOOOO!!!

  • @mrdrprof Your theory indeed it is. They're mixed race anyway foo!

  • deadlift ftw

  • iam a fan of the deadlift an never had any problems from doing them jus gotta start off light...but u will snap sum ish up if u do em the wrong way

  • deadlifts build upper back too, if you do them properly there shouldn't be any problem, regarding to the injury and big stress put on the lower back, well you can argue the same thing about squats(lower back/knee strees) or bench press (shoulders)

if youre doing this at your 60-80% as normal split there shouldn't be any problem

  • @MtGuyful just to add, i did squats and deadlifts for a while now, my lower back is really muscular, more muscle = more support

i agree that squats and deadlift are more dangerous than other exercises coz more muscle groups are involved in it and your spine too, but people have been lifting for like what, 100 years now? there have been no connection between fucked up back and deadlift in pros, even tho these guys lift all their lives

ill stick with my DL, with moderate weight and build muscle!

  • The deadlift is the most fundamental exercise that non -exerciser's do anyways. Lifting the edge of a table, a box, millions of everyday moves. Plus Any exercise can cause injury if done incorrectly.

  • I'm with HT on this. The back is the most important part of the body, and it should never be under intense stress; it should be preserved at all times. You don't need to deadlift to attain gains; Hodge Twins are living proof of this.

  • @Fido1488 HAHAHA, you sound like a fool. Pretty boys don't deadlift.

  • @UIsTall Uh-huh, you're obviously not a laborer. If you were, you would know to preserve your back at all costs. Face the fact that deadlifts aren't necessary; just look at the Hodge Twins -- all those gains without deadlifts.

  • @Fido1488 Hahaha, you don't know me. I am a laborer. I need the strength in my back in order to lift heavy boxes. You can gain without deadlifts, but if you're competing, you need deadlifts or you won't win a single competition. The back is the trophy of every winner.

  • I recommend doing some CORE exercises, like a wood-chopper move. I do them all the time to get me fit cuz as a fighter those whole body workout will make me much more flexible and quick. When it comes to weight training for backs, I do pullups(close, wide grip), rows(close, wide grip) thats all I need.

  • i agree mostly with the twins that they are a good exercise but squats would be much more effective and its a much more natural movement therefore less chance of injury.. of course you could never go wrong with dip belt squats thats probably THE best one u can do as it doesnt touch ur spine at all and all pressure on the legs

  • Eyy man, you wanna build some strength? Not good man. You in da wrong place.

  • @HXCpr0n u read my mind, bro. my strongest lifts are dl, followed by squats then bp. if u don't do those, then why bother? do leg presses, pec flyes, etc... but your overall body strength will be SHIT! i luv their vids, but i wonder how strong they are. the reason they hurt themselves is cause they never learned proper form. hey, i went thru the bodybuilding phase too, stay away from leg raise machines, kids!

  • @secutorclaudius Well I'm planning on competing in powerlifting so I don't have a choice anyways lol. Powerlifting is the sport of the squat, bench and deadlift. As long as you hold your breath and keep your core and hamstrings strong, your lower back should be pretty damn protected when you deadlift from the tissue you build around your spine. A lower back taking 95% of the load isn't a healthy one though so doing glute ham raise, lower back raises, core work and squats are essential.

  • @HXCpr0n true, never hurt my back doing dls, never worn a belt either. but i did at work, picking up a 30 lb box!

  • deadlifts REALLY depend on your body. You better stop fuckin doin deadlifts if your feeling your spine is snappin up on ur lower back EVEN IF U HAVE PERFECT FORM. I'm tall as fuck, how the hell can I do deadlifts if they hittin my knees? Deadlifts are for shorties.

  • @DEIMOSLOL If you knew a single thing about lifting, you'd know that taller people are advantaged at deadlifts - long arms and legs in relation to the torso gives a massive mechanical advantage for dling (at the expense of bench)

  • @DEIMOSLOL I'm 6'6'' and I can deadlift 410 without straps, or belts. You sound weak. Maybe build it up and you can do something about it.

  • what was that thing in the background around 1:31

  • they speak true words, i done dead lifts, with PERFECT FORM, lower back got fucked up couldnt lift weights for over a week, man i couldent walk right 4 over a fucking week, never did them again

  • @jon50316 you probably did way too much weight without actually training the lift prior. i have trained 60+ year old ladies to do some impressive DL in very little time and they dont whine like you are. Train Smart. Don't listen to these unqualified clowns. There are way too many great resources on the interwebs!

  • Everybody is thinking they're talking about regular deadlifts for lower back... they're talking about Romanian Deadlifts for your hams mainly...

  • I know plenty of guys that have been deadlifting their whole lifes (not even powerlifters) and theyre big as fuck with thick muscular back yet they never had any back problems.I myself love deadlifts and just because someone is stupid and uses poor form or too heavy weight too son and "snap some shit up" doesnt mean this exercise is generally bad.Squats with bad form can be just as bad.

  • Love deadlifts even won contests, NEVE EVER EVER had an injury.

  • i love deadlifts.... i do them all the time.... but i've fucked my back up on a few occassions because of them.... they're right, but deadlifts are awesome.

  • These Guys fucking Bash on Every exercise they cant do because they Have Fucked up Backs. one of them said last time his backs hurts him all the time because he injured it lifting a Box or something like that. If he had strength his back it would never had happened. of course you will snap something if you lift 500 w/o foundation. but if you increase weight progressively you will improve your technique and your body will adapt to lifting heavy weights with good form.

  • @MrNatty513 Go suck a mushroom tip.

  • @MrNatty513 Regardless, it does put mad strain on your lower back. So the more weight you use, the more risk there is; in addition to hom much more strain you are putting on your back. Deadlifts may be a good exercise, but really heavy weights will be doing much more bad than good; especially since most people doing those will progressively increase the weight on their 90%+ max. They only speak from experience, so they can't say it's good when it's been bad for them anyway.

  • Damn funny where most every state requires barbers to have a license, but any damn fool can run his mouth on Youtube and pretend to be expert on one thing or another.

  • These two jive turkeys don't know shit about anything. They admitted they were/are glorifed floor walkers for some Target store that try to nab shoplifters. Well whoopie-de-do. Einsteins they're not which makes the laughable almost always lame and inaccurate advice they give funny in a sick way because many beginners and impressionalbe kids will swallow it hook, line and sinker and end up frustrated or worse injured.

  • For faggot physique freaks I agree. For athletes it's the king of all lifts, IMO. The problem with the DL is there is very little margin for error. Unless you are going to take the time to learn the lift with proper form, don't even bother.

  • The Hodge twins obviously have poor form.

  • if two dudes talking on youtube that aren't talking on experience can convince you to stop doing this great exercise, than maybe this sport isnt for you

  • its just thier opinion, i do deadlifts, but doesnt mean you need to bad mouth the guys or the video if you disagree

  • There's a reason all the pros have Deadlifts in their back routines... I like these guys but a SQUAT PRESS or a Leg Press isn't nearly the same as a Deadlift. Come on now.

  • wads the point of arguing? everyone can do wadever the fuck we wanna do =D

  • Stop the fighting kids.. remember, ya'll can do whatever the FUCK you wanna do.

  • what if you only go past the knees?

  • ALOT of people got all butt-hurt judging by all these comments I've read on here

  • Heavy, low reps from 5-7 reps of dead lifts will surely change your physique for the best. But if you have a lower back condition, then I guess you can't do this exercise. You'd have to resort to "ham and glutes raises". I'm sure this exercise is far more superior than dead lifts for lower back and hamstring development.

  • @1:26 WTF!!! Was that his kid or what?? Then he still said, "you can do whatever..." lol

  • TMW--we need shirts and hoodies man! Scott Herman has 'em; you guys need to get on it mayne!

  • there is some truth to this... a few lifters i know are doing straight legged DL with way to much wieght looks like there back is about to round up and explode... MY VERDICT: Do deadlifts but take it slow and build up you muscles.

  • their probably right. that aint gon stop me tho

  • deadlifts do work legs and shit perfectly but I think there right, but latley I get back pain and so I use them maybe once or twice a week during workouts just hurts, and i use perfect form (chest out butt out lol)

  • 1:13

Yeah, Deadlifts are one of those magical exercises where you move massive amounts of weight over a large range of motion but have little effect on your muscles.

  • Unless you're doing stiff legged deadlifts, you're bending at the knees.

  • That kid is going to be one filthy mouth kid if you keep cussing in front of him/her like that, lol.

  • I think they're just targetting that message at beginners (probably 95% of their viewers). I think deadlifts are a good exercise, but maybe not to go straight into. Beginners should probably go without them for a bit to get used to working in the gym with safer stuff, and then start doing them later; and even then it should be with low weight. Reading some comments on here, it seems more than a few beginners have done serious damage to their backs by going too fast.

  • they call them deadlifts because your lifting it DEAD of off the floor

  • DAMN YA!

    Don't SNAP UR SHIT UP!

  • these guys are beginners, loads of talk, zero track record lol

  • @lunchead yea all that muscle is just a bunch of illusions and camera tricks.....no true experience...

  • @lunchead they look great

  • Listen guys, It's not like they think the exercise is bad, it's just them looking out to young guys that somewhat remind them of each other when they just got into lifting weights. Their backs are snapped up so their opinion is obviously going to be biased. They know it builds muscle but even the thought of doing them in their minds must be horrifying. Imagine doing those with a back condition. So get off their case and stick to good form on any excercise and you'll be golden...

  • Notice how they always use "I think/ I don't think". Says they don't know shit lol.

  • @fuckinjuicy if you look at their physiques that will pretty much demonstrate they know how to lift and eat.. yeah they have good genetics but thats only about 50% results more or less

  • Your kid at 1:45?

  • do stiff-leg deadlifts actually place more stress on the lower back? cause those r great for hamstrings

  • @JChien6953 Oh yeah. I stopped doing them because my back started to hurt big time. I do conventional deadlifts all the time though.

  • broscience beyond belief

  • What I'd really like to know is why you think what you think.

Who do you even know who has used perfect form and snapped up their shit?

What do you even think perfect form is? Do you not understand that as long as the lumbar spine is in extension there is no pressure at all on the spine itself?

And it's pretty ironic to condemn deadlifts and reccomend squats on the basis of safety in the same video, because without adeqeuate hamstring flexibility serious injuries frequently do occur.

  • I also find doing deadlifts almost fucking impossible like the fucking bar is under my knees and shit like da fuck? fuck this work out

  • @SislerSpartan96 yeah, that's supposed to be like that. You grind the bar past your knees up LIKE A MAN

  • dude i play football so i need to pick up a bitch off the floor

  • @SislerSpartan96

im a pimp, and my bitches have let themselves go.. i know how you feel lol

  • I find more benefit from breaking up the deadlift into 2 parts, to the knee and from the knee. buts its just advise, do whatever the fuck you wanna do!

  • I would say when doing deadlifts make sure all the time your posture is correct and when you get to the higher weights wear a belt absolutley

  • I guaran-fuckin-tee itXDXDXD

  • These guys are mainly intended for beginners, because for an experienced lifter the deadlift, squat, etc. and heavy lifting is the core of building mass and strength. They didn't like the 5X5 strength training program because you will "snap some shit up." If you are experienced and know what you're doing, heavy lifting is the only way to efficiently build strength. Compound movements, primarily the deadlift, will build you more strength/mass than any other exercise out there.

  • you think the same about the squat? is kinda the same motion

  • lol can see it, Im gonna snap my lower back and your face is gonna pop up in my mind, just thinking about that situation it makes me laugh really bad hahaha

  • I know the progression of the weights in how fast you raise your max up because i dislocated my left shoulder when raising the bar above my head to bring it back to my chest. And i really do regret it. But then again im not against them. Just not really wanting to use them myself anymore.

  • Ive been deadlifting in workouts since March now and my legs look perfect, I also saw a weight gain in my upper body so I have to give recommendation here

  • "it's very conftoversial, veyr debateable..."....... NO man, it is not controversial or debateable deadlifts are insanely good for your development, but you have to control yourself with the amount of weight, work up slowly over time and of course proper form..... it is VERY EASY to get carried away and pile on the pounds and yes, hurt yourself........... but that's true about anything.... YOU hurt yourself because you did it wrong, don't discourage others, just implore them to do it right

  • You guys are probably right. Sucks though because I suck at most pressing movements so deadlift was a great ego booster for me lol. I'll prob stick with stiff legged or something now, no more 350+ shit.

  • Comment removed

  • @Jehanzeb14 your comment is the exact reason why this video is fucking retarted. dont let these guys scare you away from the king of all exercises. no lift will put more muscle on your body than the deadlift...PERIOD. this video is so ridiculous all they are going to do here is scare more pussys away from good, compound movements. these guys are funny and all, but when it comes to advice on lifting go to dave tate, matt kroc, elliot hulse, etc. these guys are basically beginners still

  • @fr3shascanb3 I'm still gonna do deadlifts, just more like 10 rep deadlifts i nthe mid 200lbs area so I don't feel like my back is gonna explode.

  • @Jehanzeb14 if you just wanna be the average joe and lift as a hobby then yeah man, do what u wanna do. but if you are serious about getting big and strong or if you powerlift or play a sport than that shit isnt gunna cut it.

  • @fr3shascanb3 Not that I'm a pussy. I'm just not a competitive bodybuilder or powerlifter so I don't have any personal reason to lift at maximum for legs until I injure myself. My pressing movements have always been relatively weak so it's just a personal goal for me to catch them up to my pulls.

  • @fr3shascanb3 Also, I like these guys because they're real. They speak their mind. They never said deadlifts don't make you huge and give you a beastly posterior chain, legs, and grip. They just said they are dangerous, and you cannot deny that. I admit that deadlifts have made my posterior chain more prominent, my lats wider, and my hamstrings more defined. I'm just going to do stiff legged 10-12 rep deadlifts now.

  • Comment removed

  • @fr3shascanb3 why is it the king

  • @fr3shascanb3 in your list, you forgot Ian McCarthy

  • @jtbeast85 lol

  • @fr3shascanb3 It's just advice mang.

  • @fr3shascanb3 but to be fair we have to put this in context they're... 47? and to still be lifting the way they do, we have to give them props.

Dont get me wrong deadlift is, period, king of all exercises but what theyre trying to say is the risk to gain ratio isnt worth it in their opinion which with conservative thinking is probably true but thats not gunno stop me from deadlifting cuz i can do whatever the fuck i wanna do :P

  • @fr3shascanb3 Or they could try giveing facts rather then opinions based on unqualified experience they would know that Squats (presumably Back Squats) are way more likely to mess up your back then programming and progressing DLs.

  • @Jehanzeb14 stiff legged is even worse.

  • @Jehanzeb14

Wtf, stifflegged is actually more demanding on your lower back. X_)

  • understand what you guys are saying but i have been noticing big gains since ive started deadlifting. gotta keep doing the shit for a little while longer pray nothing snap up on me

  • a lot of 'i think' in here, no scientific evidence or quoting any bio-mechanic studies...you guys are entertaining to listen to, but as for substance in your opinions, i think there is very little

  • @g8rman05 They are talking from experience

  • WTF i dotn know how they deadlift, but i feel my leggs as a mutherfucker, harder then lower back........seems to me like an excuse to dotn do deadlifts........

  • With perfect form, deadlifts are almost harmless to your lower back.

  • All the doctors I've spoken to agree with these guys, bio mechanically the exercise is incredibly dangerous for your spine, the lift is essentially based around loading the spine at a mechanical dis advantage.

    Enjoy your wheelchair

  • Deadlift works alot for your lower back muscles. Obviously you get a stronge core so it helps to squat and much more with proper form and straight back.

If you say more anything negative about deadlift, im gonna shit behind ur door twins.

  • @Rand0911 OH NO they said something bad about something you like OMG. plz are you are child? my reaction to your comment

    watch?v=aX1XPWTy1jg

  • 1.26 wtf?

  • u have to see how massively powerful your grip gets with deadlift =D

  • Everyone watching this bullshit do a search for bob gaynor deadlift. And you're saying that picking up heavy stuff is bad for you? It's one of the most natural movements if you were living in the wild and it's what you're made for.

  • You don't have to go up and up in weight to continue to get the benefits you only have to go up and up if you want to keep going up and up in regards to the lift. These/you fuckers don't know shit about physiology or working out. No quads? fuck....

  • i agree with you guys

i did deadlifts for the first time couple of days ago and i was feeling light headed and threw up afterwards

    aint doing them deadlifts anymore

  • @trinishipp because you didn't know what you were doing or didn't breath properly.

  • @TheSuperAgnosticOne i was doing it with a personal trainer at my gym and so i knew what i was doing and he even showed me couple of times before i tried it and i didnt even go heavy, i was only doing 105lbs

i will say taht he was pushing a bit hard which might have influenced it but my lightheadedness started right after doing those deadlifts

  • @trinishipp enjoy your weak lower back and problems later in life from a weak core

  • @TheMightyLu i hope you know deadlifts arent the only exercise for lower back, there are other exercises out there which are just as effective as deadlifts for your lower back

  • @trinishipp

That's because you're a little bitch. Nothing to do with deadlifts.

  • @YetAnotherBadYT well i just dont wanna snap some shit up just because of this

besides not all people are built to do these things and im just one of them

  • Anybody getting pain from Deadlift is because of bad form, nothing else. A whole lot of technique is required for this exorcise!.And to the twin sisters, wtf, you can´t lift with your legs because of the barbell?. then how the hell are you guys lifting in up?. Deadlift IS a great mass builder, and DOES include most of your body!.

  • I agree with your facts/opinions. But you can't ignore the fact that doing deadlifts is a GREAT exercise to build up your back muscles. With proper form, and most importantly, knowing how much weight is too much, you can really put stress on those muscles and help build it up. However, I do believe squats are a better exercise for the back and legs.

  • i said fuck you to you guys,

2 weeks ago with perfect form i did fuck myself up, and anyone who disagrees with me , you can go fuck your self. i know how good deadlift is, but danm man my back got fucked up. i mean holy shit, i went home directly.

  • It's pretty ignorant to say you don't bend your knees when you deadlift. Obviously you don't know proper form if you're using all back.

  • @AFireInside904

bro, i have done proper form on my 3rd set my back gave out, if that shit has ever happend to you, you will know what i am saying.

but deadlift did fuck me up.

  • I fucked up my back doing deadlifts, regret it everyday.

  • @omreg123

same here bro, 2 weeks ago i fucked my self up. now i can't do any kind of heavy lifts for upper body because it puts strain on my back, so far now iam doing machines.

  • are coach makes us to deadlift for are workout and i hate them my knees are all fucked up now

  • Deadlifts are theeeeee exercise that got me from a skinny bitch to 270 with abs. My back is insane for my age because of deadlifts. Does my back have tweaks and shit here and there? Yep. So does my shoulder from bench, so does my knee from squats, everything hurts a lil when you are working your cock off!!! Deal with a lil pain. Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, Dorian Yates, Evan Centopani, Johnnie Jackson, all deadlifters and one google search will show deads add some damn muscle lol

  • @Bsnakes

true, but the pain iget from deadlifting has affected me on all my lifts, ican't go heavy on bench cuz it puts strain on my back. i preffered deadlift oversquats because squats were fucking my knee caps up, so only mass builder left for lower body now is deadlift which i can't do either.

  • You really gotta pace yourself with deads alot of people only do thm once a month.

  • people get paranoid about ne exercise that causes they're lower back to be sore...people forget that there are muscles in their lower backs and that its not just vertebraes and when you strengthen those lower back muscles, u make ur vertebraes and discs alot safer

  • "Lift with your legs" is an old wives tale, it's all in the hips baby!

I'm going to keep deadlifting because I can do what ever the FUCK I wanna do!

lol, wish I had a twin.

  • at 1:27, the toy in the background scared the shit out of me.....

  • Almost every sentence they utter seems clueless. I wonder if it's on purpose and this is just "nerd baiting" in order to get views and comments.

  • You could use a hex bar if you can't bend with your knees and lift with your legs because of a barbell, just sayin.

  • it cause u dont do deadlifts and it hurts you when you try. you have a weak back

  • @loveme520 i think ur comment was towards me so im replying... i used to deadlift alot b4 the accident....my lower back muscles are and werent weak...i wasnt huge like i was on roids but my max deadlift was 315 and i would do reps with 255..to me thats pretty strong....so to go from that doin it with no pain and now i cant even do the lightest of weight i feel thats the move not my back...i feel it is like they said "its cuz u cant totally use proper form due to the bar being right at ur shins."

  • and also weighted dips i forgot about them for some reason lol...also i do them all in the same workout together...

  • i agree with em since i was in a car accident 3 years ago and i now have a herniated disc in my lower back.and dead lifts i can no longer do(even with 135 on the bar) without feeling pain in my lower back.and before anyone says im weak or anything i do lift regularly(4-6 days). i just use dumbbells(for squats) and weight vests for weighted pullups for when i want an overall body workload.i do understand my situation is different but i have no pain doing anything else.btw im 25 and im not old lol

  • The reason why people say deadlifts don't work or get injured is because they don't do it right.

  • Funny that you say "pick a bitch off the floor" Last weekend some bitch that was on my arm totally fell flat on the floor at the club. I pick that bitch up with perfert form LOL.

  • So basically one should just not lift weights then? Following your logic; if you lift any weight or exert yourself while lifting weights then you run the risk of injury. Come on guys, you're spewing out nonsense to these people. People are prone to back injuries regardless; some of the most common ways it occurs: normal, everyday activities (like bending over to tie your shoes). This happens because people haven't fully evolved to be bipedal yet.

  • dead lifts helped my wrestling alot

  • LMFAOOOO this shit is HILARIOUSSSSS.

  • i think if you go TOO heavy and go low reps on DLs then yeah you'll snap some shit up later on. but if its higher reps 10+ and medium weight with good form, i think they're perfectly fine as a mass/strength builder for your lower back, traps and forearms (and a bit of glutes)

  • If deadlifts are overrated, what would you call bench press?

  • this is just an exercise to show off, you'd be hearing people say they be lifting 300 and shit,

  • Well, you don't exactly start with 500 lbs, do ya? Sorry guys, as said before, I usually agree how you're thinking, but not this time.

  • put the bike on level 99 then crank out 10,000 reps

  • You need to learn anatomy like the rest of the self-proclamed "gurus" on the internet before you claim something like this. It´s not hard to disagree with made up facts.

  • Well people look at these two they ripped to SH*T, and they dont do deadlifts...soooooo..... may wanna take some advice haha

  • @TheKlaj1992 You are retarded. You can get ripped in 100000000 million ways

  • @Muxen92 and why im i retarted? thats my opinion wanker, ill stick to there 1 way, you can take your stupid self and get ripped in the other 9999999 ways, d!ck head!

  • @TheKlaj1992 Just because these guys are "ripped" doesn't mean you automaticaly have to listen to them bullshitting about deadlifts. Learn to be critical to sources.

  • @Muxen92 Hey fella at the end of the day its just advice, thats all it is mannn, just advice, but hey....I CAN DO WHAT EVER THE F*CK I WANNA DOOOO.

  • @TheKlaj1992 Muxen's right, It's a great exercise. Every exercise can be dangerous if done incorrectly or using too much weights. It's not worth skipping this great exercise in my opinion. As Muxen said: Learn to be critical to sources.

  • I looked at their page to see which video was LOWEST rated and found this one. Kinda funny =)

  • Nobody with a fucking brain agrees with you. Gray Cook, physical therapist and certified strength and conditioning specialist, has gone on the record and said that if he would drop squats before deadlifts. And he's not alone. You fuckers have no fucking clue about training.

  • lol it would be funny if your face popped up after hurtin the back, like "SHIIII- lol!"

  • I think deadlift is good upto a certain degree. I've been training in the gym for over 2 years now and when I started my lower back was already injured from another sport, every now and then I would hurt my lower back when lifting heavy weights until I started doing deadlifts. When I started doing deadlifts, once I felt something snap in my lower back, that was the last time I hurt my lower back. Now I don't have the pain anymore even when lifting heavy, but am still not 100% yet.
