I was watching Netflix last night and the part where Tommy warned them to leave Kelly alone and to see the PRICELESS reaction on their faces made me burst with laughter!!!!
The funniest parts with Bulk & Skull are usually the ones where they find themselves in the middle of the villians schemes. Thats what made Power Rangers an amazing show cause it mixed all the seriousness and humor at the same time. Next to Squatt & Baboo, those two were just as hilarious

For someone with Billy's implied higher intelligence, you'd think he would, at least, smile at Skull's silly joke about "brain borrowing" and offer him tutoring for the upcoming math test, on Friday, instead of telling him off with "Some people will never learn" and arrogantly remove Skull's fingers from his shoulder.
I'd hardly call people, with the social conduct of the power rangers, "heroes".
Yes, Bulk and Skull exhibited a very good sense of priorities. They knew that a bowl of ice cream could not possibly hope to withstand the force of the ceiling falling down on it, as research into safer foods has been suspended. Every meal must be enjoyed to its fullest extent in both flavor and experience, and the experience of rampant destruction is certainly an unusual and unique one.
B and S are masters of zen concentration. Even if the whole world is crumbling around you, if you can still enjoy your ice cream, you are the better man.
For a while it almost seemed like B&S were being forgotten in lieu of the Green Ranger. However, they still managed to be included in each part of the story arc & the span of episodes in this particular collection was really a big moment for them. I'd like to leave you with this thought; the reminder of the Bulk & Skull show that could've been: Fawlty Towers starring punks, certainly a character dynamic that has never been best explored in a sitcom environment before.
It'd certainly be different, thus intellectually stimulating. Sadly we've moved onto crapfests like American Idol & gritty, paranoid crime dramas. But I'll still root for you, Bulk & Skull.
