again with these czars... ...it wook me about 30 seconds to found out what these czars actually do - beucase like these people i haven't heard about them ever before... ...why don't these people spend at least these 30 seconds reading about every issue before they go protesting...
Look at all of you! WTF Americans WHY are we bitching about republicans and democrats?? Why are we following this politician bullshit? We are all here for the same thing FREEDOM LIBERTY AND OUR RIGHTS.. So why are we fighting against one another?? You should all be ashamed of yourselves! We should all be standing up against this ignorant tyrannic government and DO SOMETHING FOR OUR COUNTRY WE LOVE SO DAMN MUCH!
Greedy bastards have already gotten all their money...they are hording There is going to be a catastrophe and they will then play their deck. there are NO SIDES REPUBLICAN DEMOCRAT. I learned something chilling: illuminati have game cards (published before oil spill, twin towers, etc.) where they actually had these events put on their game cards ahead of the disasters, including the japan quake/sinking (caused by HAARP?). OPEN YOUR EYES...We the people need our own game cards: GAME OVER.
Tea Party members better start looking out for their race. Whites will be a minority in this country before long and then you can forget about ever winning another election again.
Anti-White activist Tim Wise said it best when talking about the declining White populations. "-- thus guaranteeing that the folks of color, and even a decent size minority of us white folks will be able to crush you, election after election, from the Presidency on down to the 8th grade student council."
It's interesting to me her state has over 12% unemployment, yet she continues to live and travel like a queen. Did you know she owns a vineyard and hotels, received union money for her campaigns BUT her vineyards and hotels are NON-UNION shops? "Pelosi, winner of the 2003 Cesar Chavez award from the United Farm Workers, hires only nonunion workers and sells these grapes to nonunion wineries."
We need help in getting crooks like this, Republican or Democrat, out of office this November.
Hey Sam,,THIS is what the TEA party SHOULD be about, check out this shit: Pelosi spent at least $1.1 million of taxpayer funds ushering a delegation of at least 106 people to the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen (the "global warming" conference where nothing was decided). The entourage stayed two nights. According to CBS News, for 15 Dem AND 6 Repub Congressmen, food and rooms for two nights cost $4,406 tax dollars each. That's $2,200 a day...
Three BLACK Tea Party protesters, when interviewed by the Washington Times, said that they have NOT experienced or witnessed any racial hostility. Charlene Freedman from New Jersey, who had attended four different Tea Party protests, including the health care protest on March 20, 2010, said "I didn't see color. They didn't see my color. We're just American citizens, and we're here to say, 'Keep America free.' I’ve heard nothing about racism ... nothing at all."[148] (from Wikipedia)
@SamWiseGingy The only racists are the people that say "you don't agree with me and I'm black, so you must be a racist!". The tea party is not racist you idiot.
[Obama] wouldn't have been voted president if he weren't black. Somebody asked me over the weekend why does somebody earn a lot of money have a lot of money, because she's black. It was Oprah. No, it can't be. Yes, it is. There's a lot of guilt out there, show we're not racists, we'll make this person wealthy and big and famous and so forth....
Rush Limbaugh: If Obama weren't black he'd be a tour guide in Honolulu or he'd be teaching Saul Alinsky constitutional law or lecturing on it in Chicago.
End quote
When you attribute someone's accomplishments only to their race that is racism. No Obama is not a token.
Rush speaks for you Tea Partiers and you can have him.
@SamWiseGingy Part One: Prominent BLACK conservative, Ward Connerly, decried accusations of tea party racism and defended the movement in a National Review column: "[R]ace is the engine that drives the political Left. In the courtrooms, on college campuses, and, most especially, in our politics, race is a central theme. Where it does not naturally rise to the surface, there are those who will manufacture and amplify it," Connerly said.
@SamWiseGingy Part 2: "Such is the case with the claims that the 'Tea Partiers' are a bunch of racists and that many of them spat upon members of the Congressional Black Caucus. ... I am convinced beyond any doubt that all of this is part of the strategic plan being implemented by the Left in its current campaign to remake America."[147]
@cliffy827 You mean you actually found a "Black Conservative" who will recite party lines. I am amazed.
If you can use "Black Conservatives" as authorities on the Tea Party then I can use David Duke. David Duke says the Tea Party is racist and except for the tokens paid to perform it is almost entirely a white movement.
@SamWiseGingy I know, can you believe it? Just goes to show that not all blacks are liberal/ democrats, just like not all TEA partiers are racist.
You'll note in your quote he said ALMOST. I'll see your racist Fmr Governor and raise you a Currently serving VP that said neither he nor the President believe the TEA partiers as a whole are NOT racist.
@SamWiseGingy You insinuated all AA's were liberal/ democrat with your balk at one being conservative. What happened to the dude that posted the racist comments? He was ostricized by the National TEA Party Federation. Much like the libs or the conserv's - we police our own.
And since you're OK with wasteful spending with no accountability, why don't you send me one of your credit cards?
If you police your own then get rid of Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, and Andrew Breitbart.
No I'm not okay with wasteful spending but I don't trust your account of that story. Even so the amount is fairly trivial compared to Iraq and Afghanistan waste and abuse.
Where were you guys when GWB was trashing our country?
@SamWiseGingy We're working on that. If you don' t trust my account, look it up for yourself. Everything I've shared came from the internet. The above came from Wikipedia about the TEA party movement. Wo are you gonna believe? Me or your own eyes?
Finally,,,you and others ask us where were we when Bush was in office? How about if I ask - if YOU ALL had such a problem with this during the Bush years - where were you?
I don't oppose all deficits and all tax increases. Bush ran deficits by design, Obama is running a deficit by necessity. I don't oppose economic stimulation or govt. intervention to prevent a collapse of our financial system.
I don't oppose HCR, but it varies little from Bush's medicare part D.
I did protest Bush on Iraq, and I would continue in that protest if Obama would reverse the course on the Bush timetable for the withdrawal from Iraq.
@SamWiseGingy Yeah,,it is a slippery slope when it comes to deficits. I read an economist saying we need to reduce the debt and another says with our GDP we can afford to absorb more debt. I'm not opposed with gov't intervention either but with the scope and aggressiveness the gov't took to step in and fix it all was what got people riled.
I'm sure you might have agreed with telling some banks "You made your bed, now lie in it."
@SamWiseGingy HCR - Definitely insurance reform first. Then go after pharmaceutical companies and open up the markets. Why should a prescription be cheaper in Canada than for the same thing here? A member of one of the msg boards I'm on in Yahoo posted how cheap most of the big brand medicines really are to produce. I'm all for capitalism, don't get me wrong, but there should be some kind of limit set between profit and sheer greed. The FDA doesn't help - 18 yrs to approve a new drug? Why?
I am sure you have better solutions than the ones that congress gave us. But the point is that congress gave them. HCR has been long over due. Republican presidents would not do it and Democratic presidents could not do it, until Obama.
If you conservatives/Republicans do not like HCR you have no one to blame but yourselves because you did NOTHING. Same goes for immigration reform, you did NOTHING, NOTHING. Eight years of NOTHING.
@SamWiseGingy I can't help but agree with you on your 2nd point - HCR was overdue but should have been done more openly instead of behind closed doors. You're also right that whichever party we favor, we have no one to blame but ourselves - which, to me, is what makes the TEA party fascinating. Finally the people are saying they're done with apathy and paying more attention. Immigration - Ariz Repub Gov. just wants to check IDs for imigration status, and already a Fed judge has blocked it. Jeez.
No the Tea Party was against HCR because Obama was getting credit for it. There is one thing you hate more than having Obama as president, that is having to admit that he is an effective president. After having given this country that idiot GWB and then trying to foist on us McCain Palin the idea of an effective Democratic president just stuck in your crawl.
@SamWiseGingy Shit. I thought we were both calming down there and starting to be more civil. (sigh) OK. Yes, Obama is efficient,,,at pushing his socialist agenda on us. With the help of the establishment Congress (Both Repug AND DUMBoorat) he took over the bank industry, housing, the auto industry, then looked around and said "What's next? Ah. Health Care! We'll tell them it won't add a dime to the deficit (even though the bi-partisan congressional budget office says otherwise)."
HCR was not a govt take over of health care. No Obama did not take over the banking industry, he saved it. No Obama didn't take over the auto industry, he saved domestic auto production. No Obama did not take over housing.
No global warming is not a myth. Al Gore has nothing to do with the build up CO2 in the atmosphere an its adverse impacts on climate. Yes I know you have a few shills who will say different.
@SamWiseGingy He didn't save the banks. He prolonged the inevitable. Have you read the headlines about some banks going back to their old ways of lending money to whomever? Why do we need a "pay czar?" Would you like someone telling you how much money you can make? Again, I'm pro-capitalism, but not sheer greed.
I didn't say global warming was a myth. I said it is scientifically impossible. Those shills you speak of, must be the ones that wrote those hacked emails.
If you are getting a bail out then the govt will no voice in your compensation. If you are not getting a bail out then it is between you and the employer. What is unfair/un-American about that?
Your irrationality on the climate change issue is an obstacle to environmental sustainability. Shame on you.
@SamWiseGingy I'm irrational about climate change because some trivial thing called SCIENCE doesn't back it up. Again, do your own research. Yes, those execs shouldn't be getting bonuses until their loans are paid back. After that does the "pay czar" position get dissolved or will THAT power expand? How many diferent czars do we need and when does it stop? When we have no liberties left? I agree with the saying "If you don't USE your freedom to DEFEND your freedom you will LOSE your freedom."
You don't know beans about science. All you know is a few arguments that support your position.
Czars are a label used by the media for members of the administration with multi-departmental responsibility. They operate strictly as an extension of the chief executive and there is no compromise of the constitution. Most importantly they are not unique to the Obama administration and they have nothing to do with the totalitarian rulers of Russia.
@SamWiseGingy I have no defense for "W". I was getting pissed off at him when gas was going over $4 a gallon and oil companies were raking in billions in profits. You're right - none of us (and I do mean NONE) said anything. We still haven't seen a dime from Iraqi oil paying for the war. Personally, I think he went in to Iraq to make his oil buddies rich.
Obama is no saint either. Remember that church thing? ACORN? Lately he's being accused of sexism by the National Organization of Women.
See you got nothing on Obama but a bunch of tired old stories that have nothing to do with the current situation.
Why should the country trust you and your gang after what your candidate did to our country. And you weren't satisfied with that either, you tried to make McCain/Palin the leaders of the "free world."
So enough of your petty charges. Answer back when you have some sound policy options.
8. Transform the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau to the Consumer Protection Bureau by including other Federal agencies like the FDA, the USDA and under one roof.
9. Reduce the number of US Military operations abroad. I'm not talking about Iraq or Afghan, I'm talking about reducing the number of bases and posts from 700+ down to a couple of hundred.
10. AUDIT THE FED! Possibly abolish it and return some powers to the Treasury.
@SamWiseGingy More about housing - we're going to see another wave of foreclosures coming. We'll also see the commercial real estate sector go kaboom. When the bailouts were first touted, like you said it happened under Bush. People tried to stop it then but "gov't knows best" and didn't listen, which was why the TEA party thing exploded onto the scene. If you'll also notice in the news, not all Repugs are backed by the TEA party. I bet you're the type that sees what they want to see though.
Yes the housing market is still in trouble because the middle class is shrinking. The middle class is shrinking because Republicans believe paying wages is a sin.
When the American worker does well America does well. When the American worker can't make enough to support their family and more than half can not then America doesn't do well. The reason for this is simple, most of us are workers.
As long as wages are in decline the housing market will decline.
@SamWiseGingy Oh yeah, about the banking bailouts and the bailout of Goldman Sachs, check out Tim Geithner who used to head the New York Federal Reserve after he worked for Goldman Sachs. In March 08, he arranged the rescue & sale of Bear Stearns & played a supporting role to Henry Paulson, fmr CEO of Goldman Sachs, in the decision to bail out AIG just two days after deciding not to rescue Lehman Brothers from bankruptcy. According to some observers, Geithner severely damaged the U.S. economy.
@SamWiseGingy Well, if you're going to point out Republican faults I will do likewise, even though I'm not 100% with either party. Like this Turk guy who says the Republicans were being disrespectful in the House, yet somehow doesn't want to remember how the DUMBocrats were booing Bush during his 2005 SOTU address.
How convenient for you. We are in a two party system and you refuse to identify with any party. Therefore you can criticize everyone and remain immune to criticism.
I am not just pointing out faults. I am pointing out results. GWB trashed this country. Compare how well this nation was functioning at the end of the Clinton administration with how well it functioned at the end of the Bush administration.
@SamWiseGingy The two party system IS the problem. If it weren't, we'd see other participants in the Presidential debates.
Typical of you liberals - always someone elses fault but not your own. We ALL failed to speak up before and now that the American people ARE doing it, they're called lunatics, racists, homophobes and terrorists because we have the balls to do now what we and most of you failed to do and we all should have done back then - remind the Dems/ Repubs who they really work for.
The Clinton economy needed no apology. George What The Hell Is This Idiot Doing In The White House W. Bush decided to reverse all of the policies that worked for the prior eight years just because and voila the country was screwed. Then you want to blame liberals. Sounds logical to me.
Liberals are not responsible for GWB, you conservatives are. I don't care what label you put on yourselves.
@SamWiseGingy The lending crisis started when CLINTON signed the bill sponsored by both a Republican and a Dumbocrat to ease up lending regs.
Don't blame YOU for Bush? YOU and all your kind are just as culpable for FAILING to organize at the Grass roots level and doing something about it yourselves.
You have as much blame as we do for letting it happen..
No Clinton is not responsible for the fact that houses are now worth less than they were when he was in office. When Clinton was in office the work force was expanding and housing was in high demand. After eigth years of wonderful conservative government the housing market was in the toliet.
Bad loans didn't put the housing market in the toliet.
If Clinton had screwed up GWB and you wonderful conservatives should have corrected.
@SamWiseGingy Once again, Clinton had a Republican Congress. If you DID YOUR RESEARCH you'll find he signed into law a bill sponsored by Both a Republican and a Dumbocrat that eased up on housing regs. Even Clinton himself admits his own party screwed up. Yes, Bush was a shitty President But he had a DUMBorat Congress with pens at the ready to sign whatever checks needed to be signed to spend whatever they wanted.
You just can't accept you are just as responsible for not acting then, can you?
@SamWiseGingy Since you won't do your own research, here's my source:
Going very much against the media meme that the current financial crisis is all George W. Bush and the Republicans' fault, Bill Clinton on Thursday told ABC's Chris Cuomo that DUMBorats for years have been "resisting any efforts by Republicans in the Congress or by me when I was President to put some standards and tighten up a little on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac"
Hmm. It just hit me that I supose you'll believe the DUMBoRATS in Congress during Clinton's administration were still Bush's fault. Poor guy can't get a break.
Now,,,what's the next thing you're going to put on us?
Have you checked out the dangerous environmental impact corn based ethanol will produce? The water pollution and the energy amount needed for cleanup from the nitrates produced?
@SamWiseGingy Here's some more reading: (transcript from a tape aired by Brit Hume)
ANGLE: And so shaky mortgages spread throughout the system. But in 2005, the Senate Banking Committee, then chaired by Republican Richard Shelby, tried to rein in the two organizations bypassing some strong new regulations.
(Huh? A Republican tried to rein in Fannie and Freddy back in 2005? What happened?)
Wow you have a report from Fox News and Brit Hume that blames the Democrats.
Now that's real evidence.
How come you guys never mention Rick Renzi? He was a crocked Republican on the House Banking committee. If there was in a problem with loans or lending rules made by the Clinton admin he never said a word about it. Perhaps it was because he was a crook and just too preoccupied with fleecing the American people.
@SamWiseGingy ah! ah! Don't forget to include Clinton, now. Look you and I can go round and round on this for weeks, and we probably will but during my research I have found both Repubs and Dems were in on the whole thing. McCain & his Campaign Mgr, Obama with his Senate votes and Bush and Clinton and blah blah blah - bottom line is we as a country need to pull together, quit squabbling over the past and move forward to a better future with a clean sweep of Congress this Nov. You in or out?
Suppose you are driving a truck and going from Texas to Arizona and you find yourself in Chicago. It doesn't do any good to blame someone who was driving 800 miles ago. If Clinton screwed up as bad you say he did then it was GWBs job to fix the screw up.
As to your solution of throwing them all out. I know which ones are wrongs. Those are the ones I want to trow out. The ones who backed GWB are idiots. When we get rid of them things will be much better.
@SamWiseGingy True, however, I just showed you (once again) that it was both parties involved. Face it, neither one fixes anything. The current Repubs think "well, if we cut taxes on the wealthy and borrow from China, everybody wins" while the Dems believe "we're the government so we know best to fix it by throwing more fiat money at it and everybody wins."
Neither one believes in the Constitution, but you can't settle for one or the other. All 3 branches have forgotten checks and balances.
No our government is not a failure. No the Constitution is fine. The problem is that you conservatives keep trying to make America something it is not. You want it be Theocratic and Autocratic. You want preference for your religious values and you want a government deferential to wealth.
America was intended to be secular nation with a broad distribution of wealth and political power.
That is why conservatives have a habit of wrecking America, they just don't understand it.
@SamWiseGingy The government isn't a failure. The two party system is. You liberals think "government knows best." Well despair.com has a picure f the Capital with the caption "Government - If you think our problems are bad, Wait till you see our solutions."
I agree with your statement about America but you can't just up and fix it by printing more money. I'm sorry Sam if you just don't get that neither philosophy works. Both parties have played ping pong with the American people for too long.
@SamWiseGingy Both parties have wiped their ass with the Constitution and you know it. If the Patriot Act was so bad, your annointed one would have repealed it by now but he hasn't. I don't want America to be anything except the greatest standard bearer of freedom and democracy and civil liberties our founding fathers intended. That's the America I want to see someday.
No America can be governed effectively by people who know what they are doing. Bill Clinton proved it. FDR and Truman proved it. Capitalist Democratic societies really work when they governed properly. Conservatives either don't know how to govern or don't want to govern properly.
So now you have proven that all you conservatives know how to do is screw up a great country why don't just get out of the way and let our President clean up the mess you made.
If you are asking how did we get in this mess it obvious that Obama did cause it.
You stupid conservatives caused it because you thought cutting taxes on the rich would grow the economy. Well you were wrong. In fact the increased borrowing that resulted from your tax cuts on the wealthy hurt our economy. Now we have the debt and an economy in the toilet.
Ending wars responsibly is much more difficult than starting them irresponsibly. Any idiot from Texas can start a war.
Obama and the Dems did not stop it either. I guess everyone has forgotten that the Dems had Congress when the sh&t hit the fan and even when the fire started, all they did was point fingers. They bitch about what Bush did with spending but the Dems, including Obama, voted for every spending bill and it was the Congress that passed the spending bill in 2 days. But oddly, the money, WE HAD TO HAVE to fix the banks didn't go to the banks or to the troubled assets. What a waste.
And after that idiot from Texas was done putting our country in the toilet you tried to make a senile old man from Arizona or president accompanied by a total dipsy doodle for a vice president. Shame on you. How could anyone who loved their country put idiots in charge?
@SamWiseGingy You like analogies. OK. Say we both have the same bank. Both of us have mortgages with said bank and we're even neighbors. You still have a job and I suddenly get laid off from my company. I can't make my mortgage payments and have to move out. Leaving the goverment out for a sec, your bank comes to you and says "well Sam, we made this loan to Cliff but he can't pay, so, we're gonna have you pay instead because you can afford to while we keep his home." Would that be fair?
That's not the problem. The problem is that most houses are worthless a lot less now than they were five years ago. Mortgages were easy loans to make because the houses held their value. With a shrinking middle class homes don't hold their value. No family wage jobs no new home owners. No new home owners no housing industry. No housing industry no healthy economy. Unhealthy economy and housing values go to hell. Now mortgages are risky loans.
The issue wasn't whether or not I was going to make someone's mortgage payments for them. Though that is the propaganda Fox and Tea Party wanted us to believe. The issue is whether lenders would have to right down the principle on the loan to the current market value of the home, like they do on crisis commercial loans, and if they did how much would the US govt pitch into the deal. The hope was that preventing foreclosures would shore up the market. But foreclosures are a symptom.
@cliffy827 The heart of the problem is that workers can't earn enough to buy a home. If workers aren't doing well America isn't doing well. Why? Because most of us are workers.
@SamWiseGingy Well, the worker can't earn enough money when employers get socked for unemployment insurance, social security and other taxes. I can see both sides on the housing thing and it started with the Gov and its tighter regulations. Well the banks are smart so they lobbied the Dems and their belief everyone needs a home if they eased lending regs, which appealed to Repubs with wanting a thriving economy. They got it but were warned about loose credit. Both parties failed to stop it.
No worker productivity is way up and wages are flat. You just don't know any facts do you? A few bad loans wouldn't crash the housing market. A shrinking middle class crashes the housing markets. If it were just a matter of some bad loans the market would have recovered.
Just face it. America put a conservative GWB in charge and elected a Republican congress to go with him. Big mistake. I hope we never do anything like that again.
@SamWiseGingy I've given you plenty of facts and all you can do is whine about Bush. I remember all those "Bush Fire" rallies all across the country protesting Bush and his policies. I remember the march you Liberals and Dumborats did every Veterans Day in Washington protesting the wars. It was all over the media. You were calling yourselves "Peaceful Patriots" while conservs were calling you tree hugging whack jobs and possible terrorists.
Saying it again - Bush fucked us. You did NOTHING!
@SamWiseGingy What did the dems do about rising gas prices? Nothing. What did they do when warned of the housing bubble under Bush? Nothing. What did they do about the illegal torture of war criminals? Nothing. What did they do to prevent or stop the housing bubble under Bush? Nothing. What did they do to oil companies making huge profits from the pump? Nothing. What did they do about Hurricane Katrina aftermath and FEMA? Nothing. What did they do to protect freedoms in the Patriot Act? Nothing
@SamWiseGingy You like putting me in the conservative camp? Fine.
As you said - Face it. You all let the country go to shit under him and didn't do a God Damn thing about it. Worker productivity up? Maybe in the Federal Government while the country still has 9.5% unemployment, skyrocketing deficits that make Bush's a joke. You criticize the out of control spending he did but have no problem letting a Dem do it. Don't say it's to right a wrong when I'll counter with 2 wrongs don't make a right.
Wow dude, the most you have against Democrats is that didn't stop Bush from being Bush. Not much of a defense eh?
You Tea Partiers are the ones who gave us Bush. I don't trust you to pour piss out of a boot, much less make policy for our country. You had your chance. No apologize, shut up and exit stage right.
@SamWiseGingy There were no filibusters. No counter bills. In fact, Bush hardly vetoed anything.
All you can do is whine that he messed up the country while you sat back and let it happen. The TEA party is protesting the out of control spending Bush started and Obama continues and we're doing something about it. Already public confidence in Obama and the Dems is declining. Wonder why?
So either get on board with us or wipe the sand out of your clit, change your pad and quit being a pussy.
WALLISON: Which would have prevented Fannie and Freddie from acquiring this bad -- these bad mortgages. It actually gave a new regulator for Fannie and Freddie the kinds of powers that a bank regulator had.
ANGLE: All the Repubs voted for it. All the Democrats, incl the current chairman, Senator Chris Dodd, voted against it, and that was after Fed Chairman Alan Greenspan had issued a stark warning to senators that Fannie and Freddie were playing with fire. (Yup! Bush's fault.)
You guys Conservatives/Republicans controlled the house from 1994 to 2006 and the Senate for most of that time and the White House from 2001-2008 and it the economic meltdown in 2008 was the Democrats fault.
I don't think so.
I think GWB really did a horrible job as president and conservatives really did a horrible as legislators and regulators. You can't fake results.
@SamWiseGingy Then you have Al Gore going after Cap and Trade to line his pockets with tax payer money. Two German physicists have said CO2 "green house" effect is against the first 2 laws of thermodynamics. Not to mention Mother Nature has her own counter to global warming with volcanos, like Iceland, spewing Sulfur Dioxide (SO2) into the atmosphere, a gas that BLOCKS out the sun. The last big eruption caused a nearly year long winter in 1816 - called "The Year without a summer."
@SamWiseGingy I am man enough to admit I was wrong,,and I am. From the CBO website: CBO and the staff of the Joint Committee on Taxation (JCT) estimate that enacting both pieces of legislation will produce a net REDUCTION in federal deficits of $143 billion over the 2010-2019 period. About $124 billion of that savings stems from provisions dealing with health care and federal revenues; the other $19 billion results from the education provisions."
"Tea Party" is a Big Lie. It's not the simple 1700s. We now have millions of life-saving water-food-air-safety, police, military, etc. provided by "big government' (We The People). During the real Tea Party there were no freeways, bridges nor school that allow real tax-paying patriots to work & contribute to the superior progress this nation has. I've never whined about paying taxes as without regulations many of us wouldn't be here. Due to Cheney's deregulations the Gulf is an oil pool."
@MrMopars440 Mr.M you make me laugh. It is that simple. Yes, we like the infrastructure we have but 'big government" steals from you and me. As far the Gulf spill is concerned, we have not facts yet as to why it happened. The one fact we know is our "big government" screwed us again and is so big that it cannot act when needed but they want more power. Isn't that odd? Do you know the difference between elected people and bureaucrats?
why can't amerricans get along? you're supposed to be a 1st world leading nation... i don't see any other 1st world leading nations acting like babies.
Calling tea party folks racist is unfair. Calling them generally ignorant of facts is more on the dot. I wonder how many of them actually know how big the US economy is. Where our money is being spent? How many banners call for reducing military and social security spending to curb the deficit? NONE!
@screwface1011 some of us called ourselves libertarians, and liberals mocked libertarians and ron paul fans, even though we were the only ones serious about ending unnecessary wars and downsizing the govt. that race card thing gets old, figure out a new insult or two.
@screwface1011 yes, ron paul is also doctor. i don't see what point you're trying to make. ron paul has integrity asevidenced by his voting record ( his words match his deeds), and he's absolutely against the wars in iraq and afghanistan.
Fuck all of you, this is all about a Black man in the white house. Crackas can't stand to be told what to do by someone who doesn't wear a fuckin' cowboy hat and drink Jack fuckin' Daniels. Fuck you, Fuck you, Fuck you.
@screwface1011 He is not a black man.... The black man was a part of building the country...now he just follows and takes cash like a mouse instead of being a man...there is your Obama....the gov't destroyed the family structure in this same way...giving out for more kids and no marriage
@haolejohn I hear a lot of you fuckin' people saying things like this. Let me ask, how many Black people do any of you know? except your best friend of course. None. I don't know not one Black person that receives anything from the government, not one. stop repeating things you no nothing about or something you heard another dumb hillbilly say. Black people like myself want nothing from you people but to be treated with respect and not a suspect. Outside of that I don't give a damn about you.
why don't they all just say "nigger" all together and get it over with. Eff these code words like socialist, communist and take our country back. They should have been out there when that retarded cowboy was in the white house.
IS IT TIME?! Go to USRevolution2 (dot com) and get your flag of the Second American Revolution. They were all over the crowd in the Scott Brown Rally. They are made in America and look exactly like the flag of Betsy Ross with a Roman numeral II in the center of the 13 stars. This flag is now in all 50 states and spreading from porch to porch. They make great gifts for family, friends and recovering Liberals.
I voted for obama and now I think I made a mistake. He sold me some snake oil and said it would cure my ills, but I still feel sick. Is there any hope for me?
Funny how people shout "we the people" until everything starts going wrong, then it turns into "you the politicians"
America, you are a democracy for the people BY the people. If there are problems then it's no ones fault but your own. Please show some integrity and take responsibility for your actions.
Do they care about us ,are they suffering as we are, where are the money that disparate from the bank and financial system , those are the questions that we need to answer at this moment. will be any different at this moment to find out if Obama was born in USA or not , why we didn't demand this before the election, there was a plenty money to find out the fact now is too late, the time is gone and we can not change the reality He is the president.
The real enemy are those that are always having it both ways ( the Wall Street and the Financial elite in conjunction with the big corporations).
They have created more damages to our society than the terrorists of the 9/11.
Why don't we demand justice for all,
let's prosecute them as least as shoplifting. they had tax brake from Bush and they were the ones that create the horrible conditions in what we are today and nonetheless to say they send their money to safe haven out side of the USA.
I am also angry and upset as you are, I lost my job 4 moths ago and my family is falling apart.. But it looks like there are people out there that try to push their agenda manipulating the minds of innocents and honest people and using their emotion and feeling of good people but with wrong message.
I does not make sense when people at this moment are questioning Obama is American or not, I sorry to say but that time is already gone. He is the president we like it or not that is the fact.
"There is nothing more frightful than ignorance in action.
They who joyfully march to music in rank and file have already earned my contempt. They have been given a large brain by mistake, since for them the spinal cord would surely suffice.
@lubime10 The people on this page want to see the United States follow the US constitution. If this is ignorance in your thoughts, then you are the one that needs an eduction.
on a completely different topic, elections are coming up and I'm sure you've never heard of a guy campaigning like this before, I'd appreciate you checking out my vid for it on my page
Thank God for Scott Brown and the strong smart people in Mass. !! I knew when Brown got elected we were on the way. I love my country but I hate my government. Ive been learning so much from Levin, Rush, Hannity Beck and Oreilly, and so has everyone else it appears-! I havent seen a good old American march since the 60's, and it really looks good to see Americas patriotism come back to life with a passion like this-! God be with us all as we take back our country and freedom-!!
HolyHell Preacher, if you and your ignorant bullshit socialist friends believe socialism is so great, go live in France. And speaking of Anarchy, god forbide, we ever got to that point, you fools wouldn't last 5 minutes in a total anarchy society, you and all your foolish friends would be crying for the rule of law..............
"you and all your foolish friends would be crying for the rule of law"
First of all, there are several forms of anarchism. (Including one that advocates free market capitalism through the individual and not the state.) Secondly, I don't favor a completely lawless society. However, I would like to not see millions of nonviolent drug "offenders" crowding prisons. The State is not necessary. But, I don't advocate chaos.
Liberals are dangerous compromisers. I'm not one of them. I'm a radical.
I'm fairly sure these are the fanatical gun-nut types that call themselves "conservatives". Listening to Rush and protesting because he tells you to, doesn't make you a conservative. Letting conservative talk-radio think for you doesn't make you a conservative. It makes you an automaton. That's who these people are. They are a mindless mass.
Rush is not actually primarily credited with helping organize it- I believe it was Sean Hannity. I guarantee you these people are better informed than you. I'm one of them. Try me.
A direct democracy in favor of a representative democracy would be nice.
I would describe myself as a libertarian socialist. I oppose the oppressive nature of any state. Gov't should leave people alone to find happiness.
I favor the working-class and despise large conglomerate or multinational corporations that ship jobs overseas and give foreigners a slave wage. The power should be in the hands of the working class. Capitalism gives way to greed and cares not for human suffering.
impossible, because the premise of socialism is that the state supersedes the individual, and that the good of the state is primary, while the premise of libertarianism, and our Constitution, is that the Individual supersedes the state.
Libertarian Socialist is an impossible contradiction.
The rights of the individual are "unalienable." They exist even when denied by government abuse. In socialism, there are no individual rights, but only privileges that are granted, usually to GROUPS, not to individuals, and which can be changed at any time by the State.
You are half-right about the definition of socialism. In socialism, the people OR a centralized gov't. are in control. There doesn't need to be a central gov't. in a socialist society. You are thinking of the USSR or China. (They are the what most people think of.) They are not socialist. They were/are military dictatorships that brutalized workers. NOT socialism.
Many aspects of American life have been socialized for some time. Socialism is not new to the States.
No. He is one of the most brilliant moral philosophers of our time. (A bit of a linguist, too.) You think you're smarter? To call someone a "mental FuckUp", you must think you're more of an intellectual than they.
Rights are increased under libertarian socialism. Without a state, who is it that will take away your individual rights & liberty? It's closer to anarchism than anything else. No state, no political hierarchy, workers are paid fairly and not exploited by uncaring billionaires.
Great Video. Yes, we need to rise up again, to fight the corporate influence over our government, just like they did in 1773, when the British East India Company (which was heavily invested by the British government) tried to force it's cheap merchandice upon our economy and undermine our smaller businesses with an unfair tax while they paid nothing. We must tell the corporate elites and those in our government who have been paid for, by them, that we will not tolerate their crony capitalism!!
Typical of "so called conservatives" scream and yell NO TAXES, are quick to start never-ending wars, unwilling to pay for them, instead want more tax cuts. That's why our national debt went from 5.7trillion to 10.6 trillion under Bush. Not to mention the trillions in bailouts to fix the crashed economy their failed policies created in the first place. Don't believe me? EDUCATE YOURSELF
GOOGLE US treasury website: "us treasury debt to the penny" SEE FOR YOURSELF.
IS IT TIME?! Go to USRevolution2 (dot com) and get your flag of the Second American Revolution. Theyre made in America and look exactly like the flag of Betsy Ross with a Roman numeral II in the center of the 13 stars. This flag is now in all 50 states and spreading from porch to porch and theyre only $19.95 plus shipping and handling. They make great gifts for family, friends and recovering Liberals.
There were only 4 original pages of Constitution of the United States of America, at the present it is less than 20 pages. Why is it that a document this size can & has ran the most powerful country in the world but the Dems say that we need a Bill that is over 2,000 pages to run health care? This makes no sense at all.
"Why is it that a document this size can & has ran the most powerful country in the world but the Dems say that we need a Bill that is over 2,000 pages to run health care?"
Obviously because they don't want anyone to take the time to read it, especially congressmen.
My point is that The Constitution of the United States of America was written with honesty and it was direct to the point with nothing to hide. Every American could read it and every American was aware of what it would take to run this country.
The Health Care Bill the Democrats are trying to ram down our throats is not direct and to the point and too much can be hidden within 2,000 pages of legal mumbo jumbo that not every American can understand.
If you do so research, you'll ALL FIND THAT PRESIDENT OBAMA WAS NOT AND WILL NEVER BE AN AMERICAN BORN PERSON, which means that is is unconstitutional and against the law to elect him as president, which means that this has been covered up by the gov't, which means we have fallen again for their lies, which means that our country is being destroyed.
actually , YOU ARE the dumb azz...lmao i have been in several arenas that held24,000 people and 40-50,000 people and what that vid shows is soooo NOT millions or even hundreds of thousands LOL---but WHO GIVES A FUK anyway , your group isnt getting what u want so youre mad, and thats OK so simmer down dummy---so sad u reached for insults- COUNTRY BUMPKIN
I went to DC, knowing no one. I met so many people that did the same thing I did. They spent their own hard earned money, went to a place to simply take a stand, knowing no one. Why? Because they felt the call. They felt it in the core of who they are. It was ordained if ever anything was ordained. Now comes the message. DID YOU HEAR US MR. PRESIDENT. DID YOU HEAR US MEMBERS OF THE HOUSE AND SENATE? As much as I hope you did, your actions show different. No problem-the countdown is on.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
This is the most disgraceful set of people I have observed in all my years of living. President Obama has been in office for NINE FUCKING MONTHS, excuse my language, and these racist bastards are marching against him claiming he is lieing to them. What exactly did he lie about? The white trash obviously didnt vote for him, so he really didnt make you asshole any promises. What is even more strange is, THEY CLAIM HE WASNT BORN HERE AND THAT HE IS A PUPPET. Former President Carter said it.
Awwww, look at the next Hitler army!
Wake up Republicans and Democrats, you are chanting to our death.

We need help in getting crooks like this, Republican or Democrat, out of office this November.
cliffy827 1 year ago
Hey Sam,,THIS is what the TEA party SHOULD be about, check out this shit: Pelosi spent at least $1.1 million of taxpayer funds ushering a delegation of at least 106 people to the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Copenhagen (the "global warming" conference where nothing was decided). The entourage stayed two nights. According to CBS News, for 15 Dem AND 6 Repub Congressmen, food and rooms for two nights cost $4,406 tax dollars each. That's $2,200 a day...
Time for a change, indeed.

You're going to have to do better than that.

The tea party is not racist you idiot.
taypuc31 1 year ago
@taypuc31
Part one.
This is what Rush Limbaugh said yesterday:
[Obama] wouldn't have been voted president if he weren't black. Somebody asked me over the weekend why does somebody earn a lot of money have a lot of money, because she's black. It was Oprah. No, it can't be. Yes, it is. There's a lot of guilt out there, show we're not racists, we'll make this person wealthy and big and famous and so forth....
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@taypuc31
Part two.
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy Part One: Prominent BLACK conservative, Ward Connerly, decried accusations of tea party racism and defended the movement in a National Review column: "[R]ace is the engine that drives the political Left. In the courtrooms, on college campuses, and, most especially, in our politics, race is a central theme. Where it does not naturally rise to the surface, there are those who will manufacture and amplify it," Connerly said.
cliffy827 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy Part 2: "Such is the case with the claims that the 'Tea Partiers' are a bunch of racists and that many of them spat upon members of the Congressional Black Caucus. ... I am convinced beyond any doubt that all of this is part of the strategic plan being implemented by the Left in its current campaign to remake America."[147]
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827 You mean you actually found a "Black Conservative" who will recite party lines. I am amazed.
If you can use "Black Conservatives" as authorities on the Tea Party then I can use David Duke. David Duke says the Tea Party is racist and except for the tokens paid to perform it is almost entirely a white movement.
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy I know, can you believe it? Just goes to show that not all blacks are liberal/ democrats, just like not all TEA partiers are racist.
You'll note in your quote he said ALMOST. I'll see your racist Fmr Governor and raise you a Currently serving VP that said neither he nor the President believe the TEA partiers as a whole are NOT racist.
Isn't debating ideologies fun?
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827
No one ever said all AA were conservative. After all you have that brilliant scholar, Alan Lost Big Time To Obama Keyes.
Yes not all Tea Partiers are racist. There must be dozens who are not racist.
In the mean time the Chairman of the Tea Party Express was a racist. So is Glenn Beck, Rush Limbaugh, Breitbart, and Tom Tancredo.
When the leadership of movement is racist, the movement is racist.
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy You insinuated all AA's were liberal/ democrat with your balk at one being conservative. What happened to the dude that posted the racist comments? He was ostricized by the National TEA Party Federation. Much like the libs or the conserv's - we police our own.
And since you're OK with wasteful spending with no accountability, why don't you send me one of your credit cards?
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy We're working on that. If you don' t trust my account, look it up for yourself. Everything I've shared came from the internet. The above came from Wikipedia about the TEA party movement. Wo are you gonna believe? Me or your own eyes?
Finally,,,you and others ask us where were we when Bush was in office? How about if I ask - if YOU ALL had such a problem with this during the Bush years - where were you?
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy Yeah,,it is a slippery slope when it comes to deficits. I read an economist saying we need to reduce the debt and another says with our GDP we can afford to absorb more debt. I'm not opposed with gov't intervention either but with the scope and aggressiveness the gov't took to step in and fix it all was what got people riled.
I'm sure you might have agreed with telling some banks "You made your bed, now lie in it."
HCR - in my next comment.
cliffy827 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy HCR - Definitely insurance reform first. Then go after pharmaceutical companies and open up the markets. Why should a prescription be cheaper in Canada than for the same thing here? A member of one of the msg boards I'm on in Yahoo posted how cheap most of the big brand medicines really are to produce. I'm all for capitalism, don't get me wrong, but there should be some kind of limit set between profit and sheer greed. The FDA doesn't help - 18 yrs to approve a new drug? Why?
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy I can't help but agree with you on your 2nd point - HCR was overdue but should have been done more openly instead of behind closed doors. You're also right that whichever party we favor, we have no one to blame but ourselves - which, to me, is what makes the TEA party fascinating. Finally the people are saying they're done with apathy and paying more attention. Immigration - Ariz Repub Gov. just wants to check IDs for imigration status, and already a Fed judge has blocked it. Jeez.
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy Shit. I thought we were both calming down there and starting to be more civil. (sigh) OK. Yes, Obama is efficient,,,at pushing his socialist agenda on us. With the help of the establishment Congress (Both Repug AND DUMBoorat) he took over the bank industry, housing, the auto industry, then looked around and said "What's next? Ah. Health Care! We'll tell them it won't add a dime to the deficit (even though the bi-partisan congressional budget office says otherwise)."
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827
Thanks for doing research.
You have no defense for GWB?
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy He didn't save the banks. He prolonged the inevitable. Have you read the headlines about some banks going back to their old ways of lending money to whomever? Why do we need a "pay czar?" Would you like someone telling you how much money you can make? Again, I'm pro-capitalism, but not sheer greed.
I didn't say global warming was a myth. I said it is scientifically impossible. Those shills you speak of, must be the ones that wrote those hacked emails.
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827
More right wing talking points.
If you are getting a bail out then the govt will no voice in your compensation. If you are not getting a bail out then it is between you and the employer. What is unfair/un-American about that?
Your irrationality on the climate change issue is an obstacle to environmental sustainability. Shame on you.
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy I'm irrational about climate change because some trivial thing called SCIENCE doesn't back it up. Again, do your own research. Yes, those execs shouldn't be getting bonuses until their loans are paid back. After that does the "pay czar" position get dissolved or will THAT power expand? How many diferent czars do we need and when does it stop? When we have no liberties left? I agree with the saying "If you don't USE your freedom to DEFEND your freedom you will LOSE your freedom."
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827
Stop parroting Fox New.

Don't respond till you do your own fucking research.

ACORN? Lately he's being accused of sexism by the National Organization of Women.
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy Sound policy options? ok.
1. Get rid of Cap and Trade because Global Warming is a joke.
2. Big tax credits to big corporations,,,,, for every domestic new hire.
3. Review and refine the Patriot Act.
4. Repeal Obamacare and start fresh.
5. No bailout to any industry that practiced poor financial judgement.
6. Post every new initiative on the Internet for public review before a vote.
7. No member of Congress can charge any travel expenses on the taxpayer.
cliffy827 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy
Possibly abolish it and return some powers to the Treasury.
cliffy827 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy More about housing - we're going to see another wave of foreclosures coming. We'll also see the commercial real estate sector go kaboom. When the bailouts were first touted, like you said it happened under Bush. People tried to stop it then but "gov't knows best" and didn't listen, which was why the TEA party thing exploded onto the scene. If you'll also notice in the news, not all Repugs are backed by the TEA party. I bet you're the type that sees what they want to see though.
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago

Like this Turk guy who says the Republicans were being disrespectful in the House, yet somehow doesn't want to remember how the DUMBocrats were booing Bush during his 2005 SOTU address.
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827
Anyone who supported Bush was wrong.
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy The two party system IS the problem. If it weren't, we'd see other participants in the Presidential debates.
Typical of you liberals - always someone elses fault but not your own. We ALL failed to speak up before and now that the American people ARE doing it, they're called lunatics, racists, homophobes and terrorists because we have the balls to do now what we and most of you failed to do and we all should have done back then - remind the Dems/ Repubs who they really work for.

@cliffy827
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy The lending crisis started when CLINTON signed the bill sponsored by both a Republican and a Dumbocrat to ease up lending regs.
Don't blame YOU for Bush? YOU and all your kind are just as culpable for FAILING to organize at the Grass roots level and doing something about it yourselves.
You have as much blame as we do for letting it happen..
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827
You just can't answer for GWB can you.
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy Once again, Clinton had a Republican Congress. If you DID YOUR RESEARCH you'll find he signed into law a bill sponsored by Both a Republican and a Dumbocrat that eased up on housing regs. Even Clinton himself admits his own party screwed up. Yes, Bush was a shitty President But he had a DUMBorat Congress with pens at the ready to sign whatever checks needed to be signed to spend whatever they wanted.
You just can't accept you are just as responsible for not acting then, can you?
cliffy827 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy Since you won't do your own research, here's my source:
Going very much against the media meme that the current financial crisis is all George W. Bush and the Republicans' fault, Bill Clinton on Thursday told ABC's Chris Cuomo that DUMBorats for years have been "resisting any efforts by Republicans in the Congress or by me when I was President to put some standards and tighten up a little on Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac"
Newsbusters.
cliffy827 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy
Hmm. It just hit me that I supose you'll believe the DUMBoRATS in Congress during Clinton's administration were still Bush's fault. Poor guy can't get a break.

SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy ah! ah! Don't forget to include Clinton, now. Look you and I can go round and round on this for weeks, and we probably will but during my research I have found both Repubs and Dems were in on the whole thing. McCain & his Campaign Mgr, Obama with his Senate votes and Bush and Clinton and blah blah blah - bottom line is we as a country need to pull together, quit squabbling over the past and move forward to a better future with a clean sweep of Congress this Nov. You in or out?
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy True, however, I just showed you (once again) that it was both parties involved. Face it, neither one fixes anything. The current Repubs think "well, if we cut taxes on the wealthy and borrow from China, everybody wins" while the Dems believe "we're the government so we know best to fix it by throwing more fiat money at it and everybody wins."
Neither one believes in the Constitution, but you can't settle for one or the other. All 3 branches have forgotten checks and balances.
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy The government isn't a failure. The two party system is. You liberals think "government knows best." Well despair.com has a picure f the Capital with the caption "Government - If you think our problems are bad, Wait till you see our solutions."
I agree with your statement about America but you can't just up and fix it by printing more money. I'm sorry Sam if you just don't get that neither philosophy works. Both parties have played ping pong with the American people for too long.
cliffy827 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy Both parties have wiped their ass with the Constitution and you know it. If the Patriot Act was so bad, your annointed one would have repealed it by now but he hasn't. I don't want America to be anything except the greatest standard bearer of freedom and democracy and civil liberties our founding fathers intended. That's the America I want to see someday.
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy Let's see if things are any better now that the Dems have been in power for 2 years, shall we?
Patriot Act - still in effect
Bank bailouts - they're still failing.
Mortgages - people still losing their homes, facing foreclosure.
Unemployment - still around 9.5%
Wars - we're still fighting 2.
Gulf Oil spill - took 2 months to cap. So much for environment.
Cap-and-trade - still haven't seen it.
Deficit spending - raised debt ceiling to $14 Trillion
Oh yeah, looks real rosey.
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827

SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy You like analogies. OK. Say we both have the same bank. Both of us have mortgages with said bank and we're even neighbors. You still have a job and I suddenly get laid off from my company. I can't make my mortgage payments and have to move out. Leaving the goverment out for a sec, your bank comes to you and says "well Sam, we made this loan to Cliff but he can't pay, so, we're gonna have you pay instead because you can afford to while we keep his home." Would that be fair?
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@cliffy827
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@cliffy827 The heart of the problem is that workers can't earn enough to buy a home. If workers aren't doing well America isn't doing well. Why? Because most of us are workers.
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy Well, the worker can't earn enough money when employers get socked for unemployment insurance, social security and other taxes. I can see both sides on the housing thing and it started with the Gov and its tighter regulations. Well the banks are smart so they lobbied the Dems and their belief everyone needs a home if they eased lending regs, which appealed to Repubs with wanting a thriving economy. They got it but were warned about loose credit. Both parties failed to stop it.
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy I've given you plenty of facts and all you can do is whine about Bush. I remember all those "Bush Fire" rallies all across the country protesting Bush and his policies. I remember the march you Liberals and Dumborats did every Veterans Day in Washington protesting the wars. It was all over the media. You were calling yourselves "Peaceful Patriots" while conservs were calling you tree hugging whack jobs and possible terrorists.
Saying it again - Bush fucked us. You did NOTHING!

cliffy827 1 year ago
@SamWiseGingy You like putting me in the conservative camp? Fine.
As you said - Face it. You all let the country go to shit under him and didn't do a God Damn thing about it. Worker productivity up? Maybe in the Federal Government while the country still has 9.5% unemployment, skyrocketing deficits that make Bush's a joke. You criticize the out of control spending he did but have no problem letting a Dem do it. Don't say it's to right a wrong when I'll counter with 2 wrongs don't make a right.
cliffy827 1 year ago
@cliffy827
SamWiseGingy 1 year ago

I don't think so.
I think GWB really did a horrible job as president and conservatives really did a horrible as legislators and regulators. You can't fake results.
I judge by the fruit.

First of all, there are several forms of anarchism. (Including one that advocates free market capitalism through the individual and not the state.) A direct democracy in favor of a representative democracy would be nice.

HolyHellPreacher 2 years ago
Noam Chomsky was a Marxist and one of the biggest mental F---Ups of the 20th century.
Yes, this country has been "socialized" in many ways for about a hundred years.
Socialism is, by definition, theft of individual rights & liberty, hence libertarian socialism is a contradiction

We must tell the corporate elites and those in our government who have been paid for, by them, that we will not tolerate their crony capitalism!!

There were only 4 original pages of Constitution of the United States of America, at the present it is less than 20 pages.

Thanks Peach. From all of us who would have loved to be there. God Bless America. Too bad our cowardly leader ran and hid.
