Thank you. According to Wikipedia BA has only 9 pax B757's in service.

Of which 2 have been stripped of their livery and interior and are sat at our engineering base, ready to go off to DHL!

That's sad news. I have flown a few times on BA B757s on the HEL-LHR sector and always enjoyed the flight and attentive service.

Our illustrious leader decided that all shot haul aircraft were to be Airbus, apart from the 767 for the time being, and we now have plastic planes instead of proper solid boeings...!

I see. In a way it's strange since you (BA) have an all Boeing long-haul fleet afaik. Anyhow, narrow-body Airbuses are pretty ok too :)

I know what you mean... I suppose it helps with commonality between crew etc... We will see how things pan out when the 767 departs the fleet.
