This was an absolute nightmare!

I was in Jakarta when it happened... we wanted to visiti kuta bali.

2006 we returned, everthing calmed down, still my heart stops everytime i look at the monument!

i just got back from kuta beach, bali. it is a beautiful place with beautiful people.

No one deserves to go thru that pain except for the assholes who caused it.

I would of loved to be on that firing squad and shoot them toes to head just so that they could feel a tiny bit of the pain that the victims and families have felt.

I can not believe they do this just because we dont believe in the bullshit that they do.

well its really emotional..ive been to bali many time and its a place where amazing people live...Ubud, Lotundu but i really like to enjoy myself in kuta...in clkubs such as Vi Ai Pi, Bounty but losing loved ones in such a way is very dramatic so peace to all those souls!!!!!!!!

I was upstairs in Paddys that night when the bombs went off. Since that night in hell I have lived with a horrible feeling of guilt for having survived. Seeing those smiling faces of the victims is sad. My heart and prayers goes out to them their family and friends

I just returned from Bali and will continue to travel there. Bali is such a beautiful and amazing place, and i have never met so many beautiful, welcoming and happy people in all my life. They are truely wonderful. For this to happen was an absolute tragedy and my heart goes out to all those who lost loved ones in this horrible event. I just return from Bali Again(Aug) . ,this time with my daughter(14yrs).We paid our respects @ memorial(as always)Like I said to her can you imagine these people were doing what we been doing here everynight,Just gone in an instant!We cant begin to imagine the aftermath of this in the following days!! I go every 3months & will continue to just like so many of us,Why?Because we love the people & will refuse to let them think they can spoil The balinese island of "paradise"

Are the ppl in the later images victims of the Bali bombing? The images break my heart. I was in Bali last week and had a very poor impression upon my arrival. During my visit, I often thought of those who died and how awful it must've been; everyone in a good mood on vacation, a Saturday night at a local club ... and then hell came down on them. I wonder how the parents of killed tourists reacted? I often think that if a person is killed, the real horror is faced by those left behind. Bod Bless
