These are good but you don't go far enough back in time. Psycho, Planet of the Apes, Empire Strikes Back, The Crying Game, original UK cut of The Descent, The Mist, Les Diaboliques, Don't Look Now, Eddie & the Cruisers. All of these are pretty shocking and awesome twists.

David Fincher is well represented in this top five! Fight Club AND Seven! It's odd, but pretty cool, that the Saw films are included in this list. As much as they are not critically-acclaimed, the movies still have a captivating quality to them. The death scenes have that "Ew! I can't believe what I'm seeing, but I can't stop watching" effect. Maybe not the best twist endings, but they're definitely shocking! They've made a very successful franchise and Saw films surely cannot go overlooked!

The last two sins are envy and death, the serial killer envy's brad pit and causing himself to be murdered, while wrath consumes brad pitt, ultimately "killing" him. All seven sins.

Saw? That's bullshit. All the others were great picks, two Fincher films, two Kevin Spacey unlikely villain roles, ha. I suggest you watch The Mist. Not the greatest movie, tests your patience, but as far as shocking endings...well, that movie pulls no punches.

But yeah, I just think the whole Saw series is ridiculous, so I'm just biased against that.

You cut out a few seconds in that Seven scene where you can see Brad Pitt actually understands what Morgan Freeman is saying. He knows that this was all part of the plan. He knows that if he kills him, he wins. He knows and he decides he doesn't care. His anger and hatred are just too powerful. Not that I blame him.
