  • if the stadium was filledto 30% capacity that would be about 25,000 people. always remember that dolphins stadium can hold over 80,000+ people. Love the Marlins cause their our home team but we do have a very disloyal fanbase, we cant compare ourselves to cities like Boston or N.Y. etc

  • By no means am I defending Marlins Fans, but it is a football stadium... so it will definetely look like there is a siginifcantly less amount of people.

  • this is sure better than the Expos attendance from 1999 to 2004 though, but I understand the fans of both teams. The current Marlins owner used to own the expos until 2002 and he destroyed the team before selling the team and acquiring the marlins and now it's the marlins that he is destroying. Jeffrey Loria sucks

  • okay for those who bitch bout marlins attendence

no we might not get huge crowds, but its more then 600. more like 25k avg. but we have alot of rain delays, and day games. and most of our crownd watchs the games from TV. so if those who watched the game from tv that went to dolphin stadium. it would be 45k every nite

  • Marlins have the most PATHETIC FAN BASE EVER. LOOK AT THE EMPTY SEATS. LOLOLOLOL

  • Go Marlins i hope the marlins go to the playoffs this year that'll be kool !!

  • at the 2008 opening day the fighter jets were like 15 seconds after the song was over

  • Best thing about living near dolphins stadium lol every opening game i get to see fly overs

  • it looks like no ones there cuz the stadium has like 70,000 seats but they only allow like 40,000 to be sold for the marlins games. GO FISH

  • Great timing on the fly over.

  • hahaha! I have seen a bigger crowd at little league games. And now that their 2 bigest stars, Cabrera and Willis, are gone, there will be an average of 2 fans a game there.

  • Actually it was a sell-out. There were over 40,000 on hand for that game. The Marlins share the stadium with the Dolphins. The empty seats you see in the video are for Dolphin games only.

  • I believe there were 43,000+ at that game. I was there. I was upperdeck on 3rd base side Row 30.

  • Kill those cubs

  • GO FISH!! KEEP POUNDING ON THE CUBS!!

~A very thankful Brewers fan :)

  • Another sell out at Joe Robbie Stadium!

  • Another sellout at Joe Robbie Stadium?? THERES NO ONE IN THE CROWD.

  • i was there she made a mistake and i was in the upper deck the jets were loud but we lost anyway

  • god bless america

  • yeah! marlins rule!!!

    24 ftw

    go miggy!

  • I was there in the Upper Deck as well, very last row..ROW 30. They were maybe like 30 feet above us, it was like you could almost touch them and they were extremely LOUD!!! That was not the best National Anthem. She made too many mistakes. There were like 41,000 at that game. GO MARLINS!!!!

  • I was at this game also, those jets are louder than the video showed them. I was in the Upper Deck, and WOW!!! Support our Fish, and there was 32,419 at the game! Also, we DO NEED that stadium in Downtown Miami!

  • Thanks for the comment! I have a mickey mouse camera which is more for pics not video but I use it for both. So yeah, the audio could have been better.

There were over 40,000 for the home opener and 32,419 for game 2. See link below. It won't let me enter URLs so change the DOT for . and it will take you to the page.
