That's what tetsuya Nomura is doing. He's hinted at a remake of all KH titles for the PS3, and they WILL be Final Mix if he goes through with it.

@JantoVenas they don't think about it as they make it.... i mean they brainstorm and develop the original version of a kingdom hearts game, then take all of the ideas they ddin't have time for, or the ones they came up with after the game(like sequel tie-ins) was made and add them to the final mix.

final mixes are like directors cuts that only the japanese and those who can understand the language can enjoy :/

2. the japanese fans whined when square gave us bonus bosses and a secret movie in kh1, so square made

a final mix of kh1 with more bosses, new cutscenes, content and a better secret movie. this made square rich,

so they've been doing it to us ever since then..

they aren't lazy, just greedy. and found a simple method for profit: japan exclusive content.

unlike the previous final mixes, which due to the region lock we couldn't play, this is on psp and it has no region locking. so... as long as you have a psp you can buy it, play it, experience it, believe it.

(Forze del male plays during the battle with Ansem-Riku and the ones with Ansem at the "broken" Destiny Islands, Guardando nel buio during the last battle against that really big Ansem ship thing). And Darkness of the Unknown of course.

When my brother showed this theme to me, I instantly started laughing out of surprise. I didn't expect them to bring something THAT brilliant up!
