@xXanimefreakstylexX You DS battery is probably completely out of power. When Nintendo DS handhelds are fully out of power the screen flashes white like a camera flash when trying to turn it on. Try charging your DS and maybe this will fix your screen flash. The screen flash happens on practically every DS handheld when its battery is completely out of power.
I have the same problem. I change the battery but the problem continue. Try to adjust the LCDs cables. If the problem dont go away maybe is the ribbon cable of the lcd that is bad or the board.
it's the wires in it they aren't connected right...if you know how... you can just take your ds apart and reconnect the wires..that or send it to nintendo....
I have this same problem, sucks huh!? I think I stepped on mine accidentally once, that may have done it. The thing will turn off between 3-10 minutes after turning it on. I don't have any advice, sorry =(

You may need to get a new DS battery. That's what I just suggest. I could be wrong though. Try waiting for more people to comment or something.
