The protagonist (Dexter) is a very deep and interesting character who you couldn't help but fall in love with as you venture into the story of his life. This TV show is a work of art and to label it sick or rotten just shows your ignorance and shallowness of imagination. Don't be so quick to judge what you don't understand.

Then he put her in 12 garbage bags and then thrown the bags into the water. He sad that he had his ideas from dexter , it's a real story from the Netherlands, where I myself come from.

Yes he does kill guilty people who are dangerous to any good citizen but he does it out of pure need to kill. The way he choses his victims is righteous the reason why he does it is not.
