  • not even big. people dont get you dont need these fancy shakes to build muscle. Al you have to do is get to the gym and work. Eat real food and you will see results, no reason to waste your money on supplements.

  • My favorite thing is he looks like he's going to say something else after he says "half cup" and then looks almost surprised when he immediately starts pouring in oats.

    "Prolly bout half cup." Breath. BAM 10 lbs of oats!

  • Everyone talking about peanut butter...the most important thing is to make sure it's natural peanut butter. The regular stuff has a lot of hydrogenated fat to emulsify it (keep it from separating.) The regular peanut butter also has tons of added sugar. Just buy Adam's, stir it, and throw it in the fridge and you're fine. If you're THAT worried about sodium, then buy the salt free Adam's.

    Not a bad recipe, I add oatmeal to my shakes too.

    imo sodium isnt a big deal as long as your blood preassure isnt high and it also depends on the brand of PB
