I couldn't agree more with the message in this segment. If you exercise in the rain, or even snow, your immune system will strengthen and you will get sick less often. This is a well documented fact.

I reckon there is some truth in the idea that we need Vitamin D (i.e sunlight) to help protect our immune system. I lived on a hot tropical island for a year and spent every day working outdoors in the sunshine, I never got sick once in that whole time. Not even the slightest cold. However back in UK, there's a culture of staying indoors (our weather is terrible) and I get sick all year round. Coincidence?

No coincidence.I am in the Navy and spend alot of time outdoors.I very rarely get sick,maybe once every three years.I have friends who never go out and they are always complaining about being sick.

I was just thinking, and someone please feel to comment back with your opinion, so we have A LOT of people who don't know anything about the whole "Vaccines can kill." thing and maybe they don't care that some people won't take it, they still will affect the depopulation plan, of killing millions. I'm in high school and loads of people have no idea of what i'm talking about, not even teachers... So it's just very interesting for me. I'm also doing a project for school on Swine Flu Vaccines.

Both Myself and My Son Had H1N1 and It was Nothing More Than The Usual Flu.

Sure we Felt Like Crap But It was And Is Just another flu.

In the 70"s As we drove Home From Getting The Swine Flu shot It came Over The Radio That People Were Actually Dying From the Shot. More Died From the Vaccine Than Did from the Flu itself!
