Alot of people think that Jihad is a sign of war or terrist's, come to the realization that Jihad is not any of that it's completely not even viollence it's just self defence, Jihad is when muslims fight in the path of Allah for example a non-mulsim country wants to kill a muslim country the muslims defend themselves.
Jihad had nothing to do with 9/11, except of course for the fact that the hijackers and the planners ALL talked about their actions being part of their jihad. I've seen and read the likes of Salim Mansur, Bernard Lewis, Daniel Pipes, and Bridgette Gabriel. They have a loud voice and get alot of attention in American media. Last week Bridgette's article was published in Sunday NYT magazine. IN which she openly declared "i'm proud to support Israel, that's where my loyalty lies." But when you pit them against a non biased scholar (Noam Chomsky) they are put to shame.
Noam Chomsky put it best when he called Bernard Lewis "just a propagandist".

2/ Craig Winn gave him the verse koran 8.7
and he denied it existed.
3/The old testament is no longer applicable the Koran is an open ended order to kill non Muslims transcending time and place.
4/"mischief in the land" is an exception quoted in the break of koran 5.32 and means most things unislamic look up 5.33 for the punishment of this.
5/read koran 2.190 footnote to find out what jihad means.

The Palestinians started the war and have continued it ever since. Israel needs a buffer zone to protect themselves against Muslim aggression. That's hardly "taking land", but rather "self defense".

Interesting, one thing does spring to mind. The show mentions that the Quran states that no INNOCENT human being is to be killed. And I agree, but surely the term is open not open to varying perspective, perceptions, and interpretations. I DO NOT CONDONE THE ATTROCITIES THAT HAVE OCCURED through history but perhaps the fact the we possess to the ability to perceive in varying ways is part of the problem, how does someone explain to these "terrorists" the exact definition of innocence.
