@sbsp83 I think cartoons are twelve frames a second. The simpsons animators do a story board, then an animatic. Then they send the animatic to a Korean studio where hundreds of artists draw the actual episode. Now I think most of the final animation is done on computers though, which gives it a cleaner, more precise feel and allows for greater variation and more consistency in color.
